Dr. Sridevi from Small Bite is truly an exceptional pediatric dentist. She is incredibly calm, patient, and gentle with kids, which makes a huge difference during dental visits. What I appreciate the most is her honest and practical approach—she always suggests only what is genuinely needed for the child, without any unnecessary procedures. She never creates fear or anxiety, neither for the kids nor for the parents. Instead, she explains everything clearly and makes sure we feel confident and comfortable about the treatment plan. Her way of handling children is amazing—they feel safe and at ease around her. For treatments like SDF and fillings, she guides very well and ensures the best care for the child’s comfort and dental health. Highly recommend Dr. Sridevi to any parent looking for a trustworthy, caring, and skilled dentist for their kids!

Our 12-year-old son is differently abled. He is minimally verbal and has had multiple surgeries in the past, so medical environments can trigger a lot of anxiety and sensory discomfort. He has had multiple treatments done here including taking care of his multiple cavities over the past 6 years. He has anxiety and other challenges. But the staff handled all his needs very well. He asked the dentist not to use the operation lights because they scare him. But despite the discomfort and sensory challenges, he sat through the procedure and followed instructions beautifully. As a parent, I never imagined I would one day be able to sit back and watch him handle something like this on his own — but he did. I truly want to appreciate Dr. Pramila Naidu’s clinic and especially Dr. Akshita for the patience, empathy, and respect they show children with special needs. Every doctor there communicates directly with my son, explains exactly what is going to happen, asks for consent before touching him, uses hands before introducing tools, and prepares him for sounds and sensations in advance. They also give very clear instructions and always approach him calmly and respectfully. We have been coming here since he was 6. Any dental procedure can be challenging for kids but the approach and the care that they provide has helped us face such impossible task with such ease.

My son had a front tooth trauma so we had visited small bites. Dr Saumya was very warm and patient with him. She made him feel very comfortable by giving him the touch and feel of the gloves and everything that was used during the check up process. There was also a cute medal given to the kid after the checkup as a positive reinforcer . Thank you Small Bites, I cannot recommend your enough to other parents.

Dr. Sreedevi was recommended to us by our dentist in Varthur. My daughter was very scared at first. She was treated very well and Dr has been very professional and friendly. My daughter loves to come here now. She makes a card for her favourite doctor every time we have a follow up.
