Dr.Abhinav bansal performed my dental surgery very efficiently and with great care. He explained the whole procedure clearly before starting, which reduced my anxiety and helped me understand each clinical step. The sterilization and hygiene in the clinic were excellent, and all dental instruments were well-maintained. The clinic environment was very neat and comfortable. The supporting staff were also very polite, cooperative, and professional. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I truly appreciate Dr.skill and patient-friendly approach.

This experience was the worst I've ever had with a dentist. I visited once Oct 2022 and in April 2024 (as my native place is Bhopal) and he first developed an instable denture in 2024 and then asked me to visit 3-4 times to try and fix it but he couldn't do it well. Even though, I paid four times more money as compare to Indore. Finally, I repaired same denture in Indore with my old denture's technician. Of course, I appreciate doctor's nature also he may be expert in tooth bridging or other problem but in case of complete denture I never suggest any one. Before I think it's not good to write on Google review like this because my nature is shy and I like to maintaining relationship, but later, I think about other patient who are having many expectation and going for treatment.

The doctors are not friendly with the patients and exhibit very rude and unprofessional behavior. Her husband is also rude and unprofessional. Both argue equally with the patients if patient not convinced with their views. There is low confidence in their treatment, and they did not even provide satisfactory consultation. At the clinic, we had to make decisions ourselves, as the doctors gave unclear suggestions, which is not acceptable.
