I don’t know how to express my sincere thanks to Dr. Ramakrishnan and his supporting team. We visited the clinic based on a friend’s recommendation. My 6-year-old daughter had a milk tooth that had not fallen out, and an extra tooth had grown behind it. Initially, we went to another clinic where the tooth was extracted like a normal adult tooth extraction, without any comforting words or special care for a child. It was a very difficult experience for her, with heavy bleeding and a lot of fear. Later, we visited Dr. Murali’s clinic for another milk tooth extraction, and the entire experience was completely different. The team treated my daughter with so much care, patience, and kindness. The doctor handled the extraction very gently, without creating any fear in her. She felt comfortable and safe throughout the procedure. After the treatment, the doctor even gave her a small gift, which made her very happy. We are truly grateful for the professionalism, compassion, and child-friendly approach. His patience, expertise, and compassionate approach turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. I would also like to acknowledge the wonderful staff members at Baalya. Every member of the team was highly professional, respectful, and incredibly empathetic. They treated me not just as a parent, but as someone who needed reassurance and support during a difficult moment. The staff and doctors work together as an efficient, well-coordinated team, ensuring that every child and family receives exceptional care. What impressed me most was how everyone contributed to making the facility genuinely child-friendly. The atmosphere, the interactions, and the level of care reminded me of the best pediatric healthcare experiences I have had in Western countries. It is the combined efforts of the doctors and staff that make Baalya such a special place. I honestly have no words to fully express my gratitude. We had an exceptional experience at Baalya Pediatric Dental Clinic with our 3-year-old son. Since we were traveling to Kochi from Europe, their preliminary online consultation was a lifesaver, provided confidence, allowing us to plan our trip and treatment effectively. The clinic itself is incredibly child-friendly, especially Sreedevi, which immediately put our son at ease. Dr. Murali is outstanding—he was thorough in his examination and took the time to explain the diagnosis and costs clearly. The procedure for the whole teeth went perfectly at a hospital and done by Dr. Murali, and the post-op guidance ensured a smooth recovery.
