Highly recommended !!! The location is in the main road and easy accessible to all kind of patients with different mobility limitations. Service: I've known this dental service since my childhood for my Grandma, dad and for myself recently. The service and care remains the same and good. The reception team is very friendly and treat all the patients kind. They also keep following up on their patients on how the treatment went. Treatment: The clinic has well equipped modern instruments from X-rays to probe cameras everything at the same place so that the patient doesn't need to move a lot around. The doctors are well experienced and explain medical diagnosis in understandable way to the patients. I was treated by Dr.Sruthi all 3 times of my visits recently. She was empathetical with patient's pain & conditions and at being honest at suggesting treatments whether required or not. Cost: The cost had been affordable comparative to other dental services since a decade. One of the reason I keep coming to this same service and also together with all my family members. Reliable service at affordable cost. I've done cavity filling and wisdom tooth removal with them.

Extremely disappointed with my visit. I chose this hospital expecting professional care, but I found the clinic to be unhygienic and the doctors to be lacking experience. This is not the standard of care one should expect from a dental hospital. Very misleading experience.Save your time and money and go to a certified professional instead. Reply to a reply to the Owner: Thank you for your response, but it does not address the serious issues I faced. While you focus on the procedure taking '5 minutes,' the actual experience was unprofessional and unsafe for the following reasons: Hygiene Standards: The facility was extremely unhygienic, the bathroom was in a state comparable to a neglected public toilet. In a dental setting, hygiene is non-negotiable for patient safety. Lack of Professionalism: My procedure was interrupted because the doctor started without having the necessary tools (scissors) ready. She had to shout for a nurse who was in another room while my tooth was partially removed and still connected to tissue. This caused unnecessary distress. Communication Failures: I asked specifically about the depth of the root infection, but my questions were ignored. Furthermore, the doctor did not explain my medications, this was left to a receptionist, which is medically inappropriate. Disorganized Care: I was shuffled in and out of the chair multiple times—taking an X-ray, receiving sedation, and then being told to wait outside while other patients were seen in between. This 'assembly line' approach is not 'utmost comfort.' Injury Sustained: I left your clinic with an injury to my upper palate caused by being hit during the procedure. A 'certified professional' is expected to provide a sterile environment, clear medical explanations from the doctor, and a focused, safe procedure. None of these were met. Update to Owner's Dismissive Reply: It is disappointing that instead of taking responsibility for a patient's injury and hygiene issues, you are mocking my concerns. I did not ask for 7-star luxury, I asked for basic medical hygiene and professional behavior, which any small clinic must provide. Hygiene: A clean bathroom is not 'luxury',it is a basic health requirement in any medical facility. Professionalism: Claiming that shouting for scissors mid-procedure is 'normal' is alarming. Proper preparation is a medical standard, not an 'ideology'. Injury: You admitted to opening a flap on the palate side, but you ignored that I was hit and injured during the process. Attitude: Your sarcastic advice to 'pray to God' instead of addressing medical negligence is highly unprofessional. Speeding through a procedure in 5 minutes while treating patients like an 'assembly line' is not quality care. My review is not to 'tarnish' you, but to warn others about your lack of professionalism and hygiene. The owner is using my choice of words to avoid addressing the real issues. the injury to my palate and the lack of basic hygiene. I am moving forward with a formal complaint to the medical authorities regarding these safety concerns. UPDATE: The management has deleted their original unprofessional and sarcastic replies after seeing the public response. Changing the tone of a reply does not change the fact that I suffered an injury (palatal flap) and am currently unable to swallow or open my mouth fully. Their 'apology' feels like a cover-up for medical negligence."
