I visited this clinic around two months ago for a tooth decay issue and was advised to get an RCT done. After almost 10–12 visits, the RCT was still incomplete and unsuccessful. Every time I was sent back after temporary fillings with a new reason for the delay, and the entire process was extremely painful. Later, when I consulted another dentist, I was told that my tooth had been completely damaged from inside due to the earlier treatment, causing nerve issues and requiring a re-RCT — which was completed successfully in just two sittings. Because of the initial poor treatment, I’m now also having to get my wisdom tooth extracted. The doctor here never informed me properly about the complications, was unresponsive to calls, and never even followed up when I stopped visiting. Very disappointing experience — would not recommend.
