We admitted our close family friend Pragna Shetty at this maternity hospital, and our entire experience has been extremely comforting and positive. From admission to discharge, the doctors, nurses, and support staff were attentive, patient, and truly caring. The doctors explained every procedure clearly and ensured that both the mother and baby were well taken care of at all times. The nursing staff was especially kind, responsive, and supportive, making the journey smooth and stress-free for the family. The hospital was clean, well-maintained, and well-organized, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind during such an important time. Dr. Veena Keerthi, I feel truly blessed to have had such an amazing doctor throughout my pregnancy journey. She is incredibly calm, patient, and always greets you with a warm, reassuring smile. No matter how many questions or doubts I had, she was always responsive and approachable, making me feel safe and confident at every stage. What touched me the most was her genuine commitment to what is best for her patients. In a time where we often hear elders say that doctors tend to convince patients for a C-section, she completely broke that myth for me. Even when I personally opted for a C-section, she patiently encouraged and guided me towards considering a normal delivery, explaining the benefits and ensuring I made an informed decision. It truly shows her integrity and dedication to natural and safe birthing practices. She is not just a wonderful doctor but a real gem of a person. Talking about the hospital, they thoughtfully organized a beautiful baby shower for us, which made our pregnancy journey even more special and memorable. It was such a kind gesture that truly meant a lot to us. The staff and nurses took very good care of us right from the beginning. They were attentive, supportive, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable and safe throughout our stay. The only concern is that the washrooms could have been maintained more cleanly, as UTIs are quite common and hygiene is extremely crucial for pregnant women. Other than that, I felt very comfortable at Kangaroo Care. Thank you to the entire Kangaroo Team for the wonderful support and care 💙

The nurses were attentive and kind, especially during labor. They constantly checked on me, encouraged me, and made me feel safe and comfortable.
