**Response to comments below** - Your claim of professional honesty for my experience at your clinic is blindingly farcical. Dr. Nandlal; you are aware that I tried to call you several times for an appointment. You are also aware that you did not answer and hardly ever answer calls for appointments. In light of government guidelines forbidding aerosol procedures, how is it that your secretary gave me an appointment for the next day? if your honest professional advice for removal of tartar is by way of brushing and not dental hygiene/cleaning appointments, I demand a refund with interest for the 20+ unnecessary cleaning appointments that you have administered on me over the years contrary to your advice now. Finally, if your desultory appointment system is aimed at preventing crowding in your appointment room, how do you explain the overcrowding that i saw at your clinic when i first came? ** original review** Dr. Nandlal has been my dentist since I was a child. Sadly, his standards and professionalism has taken a nosedive. I went to his clinic for an appointment on a Thursday and there were over 15 people in the confined waiting room with zero social distancing. I asked for an appointment for a cleaning/hygiene appointment the next day and after much persuasion, I was given a perfunctory response to come at 6pm the next day with no record of the appointment. When I turned up the next day at 6, Dr Nandlal asked me to wait outside for 10mins because they were ‘cleaning’ the clinic. The cleaning took about 40 mins and when I was asked to come inside, he still made me wait outside for another 45mins in the now ‘clean’ waiting room. He came out whipping out a torch that he shoved down my throat and telling me what I already knew - that I have tartar and about having to wear heavy PPE whilst undertaking dental procedure. He later scribbled an oral rinse on a piece of paper and promptly charged me INR 100. End result- I went for a hygiene appointment, I was made to wait close to 2 hrs only to return with a worthless piece of paper with oral rinse written on it. Absolute rubbish.

Dr nandlal is a very professional doctor and the service given is extremely well
