Thanks for the quick response. But that was very un professional sarcastic reply. Your so worried about your business image but you haven't done anything good to save your grace. Our review was to put out ur mistake and give you a change to improve your customer response. Putting big message on a negative review does not mean your right. We may have visited your clinic three times, it's only because your clinic is very near by to my daughter's school. We will never come back again and never going recommend your service to anybody. Even last time your staffs behaviour was disappointing. We had come spoke to your staff directly and it's on CC TV Footage. Your staff gave me an appointment at 3.15pm. I have received a message to my mobile for which I have shared an image below. After our waiting period. And When I was supposed to get the treatment. The doctor and receptionist started fighting with each other. That was so lame and unprofessional. Dr. Neha could have handled the situation in a better manner but she chose to quarrel infront of us. It was a Communication mistake by ur staff but we got miss treated. Your clinic does not require any appointments because every time I visited i got an appointment immediately it's always empty. Instead of trying to prove ur right. Try to improve ur service and save your clinic image. Your sarcasm in you reply can get you likes but not clients. Improve your customer response. Note: kindly go through your footage for better understanding. If you still want to prove ur innocence put the footage online so we all can see what show your staff and doctor put up on that day. Please improve your service at ora dental clinic. Premium price for a not so professional service is very disappointing.

Got my broken teeth fixed and now my teeth are perfectly fine. I can eat now without any pain or sensitivity. Best dental clinic in mysore. I highly recommend

Not recommended. Such a unprofessional staff. After wasting your time, without any guilt doctor will come and inform that she cant treat you today and ask us to come back after3 days. Highly attitude staff. They don't know the basic manners . Kindly dont take your kids to this clinic. Not suitable for pediatric.

Not at all recommended that too for pediatric.over attitude staffs. Worst experience. They do not have basic courtesy to inform at the earliest if they are busy. they tell us to wait for more than 30mins. The doctor will come and tell they cant treat the baby now, the appointment will be scheduled after 3 days.
