Initial diagnosis was to fill the gap between the tooths by bone grafting, and I was asked to pay for the same. On the day of treatment visiting doctor choose to clean the tooth instead and charged the same amount, in the second visit I was made to wait more than 3 hrs and a simple cleaning was done. Luckily the visiting doctor did not charge second time which was put forth by in house doctor. But still whatever I paid was lost because the issue is still there, I cannot expected to be cleaning the gap after every meal. Need better coordination and communication. Also, the initial diagnosis that I had infection there was wrong, it was accumulation of food and decay which was white and misdiagnosed as pus. I've visited other clinic where it was confirmed that it's not pus but decay and correct action need to be taken. So total waste of time and money. I also got a fill reopened and refilled, after the process I got caries on the adjacent teeth due to improper handling of refilling. Apparently, now, that tooth also developed gap since food just keeps accumulating on the two tooths improper side fillings.
