I cannot recommend Dr. Abhinav Talekar highly enough, especially for parents of children with special needs. Finding a dentist who truly understands the unique challenges our children face is rare, but Dr. Talekar is a gem. He recently treated my daughter under General Anesthesia for a complete dental procedure. From the very first consultation, his kind-hearted nature and patience were evident. He handles special children with such grace and expertise, making a high-stress situation feel manageable. What impressed me most was the comprehensive care. He didn't just perform the surgery; he stayed in constant contact for post-operative care and followed up regularly to ensure she was healing well. He is incredibly soft-spoken, easily approachable, and always ready to answer questions. The clinic staff and service were also top-notch. If your child has dental issues, Dr. Talekar is the person to trust!

Dr Abhinav, handled my teen son’s chipped front tooth with great care and patience. The broken piece was reattached very neatly, and the tooth looks natural again. He explained everything clearly, checked the nerve properly, and made sure my son was comfortable throughout the treatment. As a parent, I really appreciated the honesty, calm approach, and attention to detail. Very satisfied with the treatment and overall experience. Highly recommended for dental emergencies and treatment for teenagers.

My Daughter recently underwent a 2 tooth extraction at his dental clinic. I was quite nervous initially ( 5.6 old child ) , The removal was done gently with minimal discomfort. The clinic maintained excellent hygiene standards, and the staff were supportive throughout. I was given clear pre and post-procedure instructions, which helped in quick recovery.
