Absolutely would NEVER recommend this doctor. What is happening in the name of tongue tie and lip tie treatment has become a complete fraud and money-making racket. The doctor tried to push unnecessary procedures for my twin, even though one of them had absolutely ZERO issues with feeding, speech, or anything else. It honestly felt like they were just trying to scare parents into surgery to make money. He even went to the extent of suggesting that every family member should get checked by him — which clearly showed this was more about business than genuine medical care. After taking a second opinion from a trustworthy specialist, we were told very clearly that the procedures were NOT required at all. Parents need to be extremely careful. These days many clinics are aggressively diagnosing “tongue tie” and “lip tie” in almost every child just to make money from worried parents. Don’t fall for fear tactics or pressure. Always take multiple opinions before allowing any procedure on your infant. In my personal experience, this felt less like ethical healthcare and more like a fraud-driven business model targeting anxious parents for profit.

Will never recommend the doctor, specially for tongue tie treatment as most of the times, it is not even a required. Almost all of us, have mild tongue eye or lip eye situation, which results overtime or cause absolutely, no hindrance with day-to-day life. This has turned into a money making business these days. Always take a second opinion, if your infant is diagnosed with tongue or lip tie. The same happened with my twin boys Suggested procedure for both of them, even though One did not have any issues at all, even suggested everyone in the family to get checked by him. Then we got a second opinion, and it was never required. Be aware of this scam going around

I wish to share my recent experience regarding my consultation with Dr. Iqbal Musani. Firstly, I found the consultation fee of ₹1,000 to be quite high for a dental consultation of only a few minutes. Additionally, I paid separately for a dental X-ray, but I was not provided with any X-ray bill, which is essential for my records. I was also not given a prescription, which has now made it impossible for me to submit a claim under my health policy. Secondly, the overall charges suggested for my treatment were considerably higher compared to other qualified dental specialists. Dr. Musani provided me with an estimated quotation of approximately ₹35,000. However, when I consulted another BDS/MD doctor for a second opinion, I received a quotation of only ₹8,000, and the X-ray cost was ₹150 for three images, with consultation fees of ₹450. Based on this comparison, I believe the charges at the clinic are significantly higher than other dental professionals. Given this experience, I do not intend to visit Clinic in the future, and I would recommend that others also explore alternative dental options before making a decision.

From the very beginning, Dr. Musani carefully explained the condition, the problems it was causing—such as mouth breathing and hyperactivity, etc.—and how the surgery would help bring about positive changes.
