We had a wonderful experience with Dr Prachi. I went in with many concerns regarding my 2-year-old’s dental hygiene, and she was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything in detail — from proper brushing techniques and oral care for toddlers to very helpful general guidance on sleep schedule, food habits, bottle feeding, and habits that affect dental health, sleep issues and overall baby's behavior. What I really appreciated was that nothing felt rushed. Every question was answered with so much care and clarity, and the advice felt practical and easy to follow as a parent. My daughter was extremely comfortable throughout the visit, which says a lot. Highly recommend her to any parent looking for not just dental treatment but genuine guidance and support for their child’s overall oral health and daily routines. I wish to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Hardik Shingala, Dr. Prachi Suman Shingala, Dr. Pooja and their entire team for the exceptional care we received during my father’s recent surgery at their hospital. My father was involved in a roadside accident that resulted in fractures to his frontal and cheekbones. After a CT scan was conducted in Vadodara, it became clear that surgery was necessary. Living in Vadodara, we were fortunate to be referred to Dr. Hardik by a family friend for a virtual consultation. Dr. Hardik reviewed the scan and quickly determined that an operation was essential. He graciously offered to refer us to a local doctor if we preferred not to travel, but we opted to go to Rajkot, drawn by his extensive knowledge and thorough explanations over the phone. His professionalism and expertise shone through, particularly when he advised us to conduct some physical fitness tests and obtain clearance from our family doctor before proceeding. When my father's vitals were slightly elevated, Dr. Hardik wisely recommended postponing the surgery for a week to ensure his health was stable. This decision reflected his deep concern for patient welfare and his keen understanding of when to proceed with elective versus emergency procedures. After a week, with my father's vitals back to normal and our doctor’s clearance secured, we traveled to Rajkot for the surgery. The preoperative checklist followed by Dr. Hardik and his team was both rigorous and meticulous. They adhered to all sterilization protocols during the surgery, and everything was clearly communicated to us beforehand. Uniquely, they also provided detailed information about postoperative care in advance, which is often only shared after the procedure. The surgery itself was executed with remarkable skill, showcasing the teamwork among Dr. Hardik, the anesthesiologist, and the nursing staff. Their kindness and empathy made a significant difference during this challenging time. The treatment we received at the hospital was exceptional, far exceeding our expectations. I am profoundly grateful to be under the care of Dr. Hardik, Dr. Prachi, Dr. Pooja and the entire team at Oraface Dental Hospital. Thank you all for your unwavering support and dedication.

Hardik and his team are very professional in their conduct and knowledgeable as well. I had done a wisdok tooth exraction which is really very painful process but Hardik bring en expert made sure it doesn't pain much as well made sure he followed proper procedures before and after extraction that thing go well. Overall really happy with service recieved.
