Extremely disappointed with the quality of treatment I received from this clinic. Years ago, I was told that my tooth had been properly treated and crowned. Fast forward to today, and multiple dentists have questioned whether the root canal treatment was completed correctly at all. I am now dealing with uncertainty about whether the tooth can even be saved and may need significant additional treatment. What frustrates me most is that I trusted this clinic and assumed the work had been done to an acceptable standard. Instead, I am now spending time, money, and effort getting second and third opinions to understand what was actually done and what can be done to fix it. The original crown also failed, and when I later sought advice, I was told there was very little remaining tooth structure. Looking back, I wish I had obtained a second opinion much earlier. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic for major restorative procedures. Patients should ask for detailed explanations, keep copies of their X-rays and treatment records, and seriously consider getting an independent second opinion before proceeding with treatment here.
