I must say they have very bad service. It is not a small amount that we pay and then after aligners service is negligible. I wish I can give zero stars for this. They push you to take the aligners and once you recieve it, they have either no agents to service you, no relationship manager to fix your appointment, neither they ensure you get the appointment fixed with a ortho dentist even after multiple follow up. It is the worst service set up. Why provide aligners if you have none to help. It has been 1.5 months of me following up for an appointment with an orthodontist and I have no agents to help or they call and forget. Pls do not waste your money.

I found the two lady dentists who are regularly available in the clinic, over loaded due to more patients, however both of them deal cooly n patiently with patients.In my case, I found both of them justify with their profession.My wife Laxmi Patnaik went through multiple sittings for RC, capping for 7 teeth.She was fully satisfied.

My wife get treated (Root canal and cap fixing)here. The service is very good and hygiene. Doctor are very polite and friendly. Staff also responded nicely. I am very happy for their service. I really recommend this hospital for Dental care. thank you

I visited this dental clinic on 20th May 2025 for a root canal treatment, and overall, the experience was quite positive. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which helped ease any initial anxiety. The doctors were professional and attentive, guiding me clearly through each step of the procedure with care and confidence. One area where I faced a challenge was with a couple of specific doctors who seemed not very well-versed with certain instruments, which led to a bit of mishandling during the treatment. However, they were friendly and made a genuine effort to address the issue and ensure I was comfortable. Despite that, the clinic's functionality and patient flow were smooth and well-managed. The interaction between patients and doctors stood out as a major strength — they took time to explain everything clearly and showed a lot of empathy. While the clinic may not be equipped with the most advanced technology, the human connection and the personal attention I received made a big difference. It's a place that genuinely cares about its patients, and I would still recommend it to those seeking trustworthy dental care with a compassionate touch.
