My children have gone to this location for years. This review is solely because of their anesthesiologist. My daughter is having a procedure this morning and needed to go under anesthesia. I have a background in dentistry, my children have always gone to their checkups, etc... All that to say they are very comfortable with the dentist. My daughter was more than fine leading up to her procedure. Only until the moment the anesthesiologist came in the room. His approach is VERY high strung and intense. While I get that you want to set expectations of things that can happen ie: waking up groggy, upset, emotional, etc.... He is way too intense to work with kids. He needs to adjust his approach or talk to patents without the child. My daughter who was perfectly fine all the way up until her procedure literally went into the room in tears, clinging to me, and scared. To say that I am pissed off is an understatement. The fact that she needs the work done and was in pain is the ONLY reason that I didn't cancel her appointment right there in the spot. We won't be back!

We’ve only been once, so this might change over time, but we absolutely LOVED them! My daughter is autistic and the dentist terrifies her on a good day. They helped her feel super comfortable, didn’t make her do certain things that might cause sensory distress, and came up with a plan to really help her teeth get fixed. Bad teeth run in our family even with proper care, so it wasn’t a surprise that she needed oral surgery to correct things and remove things that were causing pain. Not only did they come up with a MUCH better treatment plan than the last dentist, but they were kinder too. They smiled at her, which her other dentist didn’t. She cooperated with them when it came to X-rays, and that rarely happens. When she came home, she was super excited about going there again, showed off her balloon which is now her favorite thing and goes with her anywhere in the house, and even told me she didn’t feel as scared at this place because they loved her cowgirl boots and cow shirt. I highly recommend going here if possible. My daughter felt safe here, which is a huge deal. My family felt well informed and welcome. The office is pretty cute too. The ONLY complaint was that the floors had stuff on them and weren’t the cleanest. I’m hoping it’s just because some kids did it. Aside from that, it’s a fairly good place to be and I’m glad we found them.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. Celeste, the dental assistant, was so patient and caring with my son — she truly made him feel comfortable and supported during the visit. George, the dentist, was also amazing, taking the time to explain everything and making the process easy for us. It’s rare to find a place where the staff shows this much kindness and professionalism. Definitely a wonderful experience, and we’re grateful to have found this office!

My family loves Wild West Dentistry ! We have been coming for 5 years now. my daughter gets excited for her appointment every time they always have a movie for the kids and the staff is so nice and welcoming definitely recommend!

I have been taking my kids to this location for years, but unfortunately will probably switch offices because of the lack of professionalism from front desk staff and assistants. Dentists and anesthesiologists have always been so caring, kind, and professional, but the staff is another story. They're rude, lazy, incompetent, and over schedule. My son was scheduled for a root canal and tooth pulling last week at 11:30. He wasn't prepped or called back until 1:40! The front desk also likes to speak Spanish amongst themselves when they don't want people to know what they're talking about. Today I called for a doctor's note for my son and that was at 9am this morning. I called again at 2:50 because still no doctors note and she said "we're still working on it" and when I mentioned that his school needed it she said "ok I can get that to you now." Terrible staff. It's ashame because the dentists and anesthesiologists are so nice and professional.
