First time here with my Grandson, that needed a tooth pulled. From the staff out front to the assistants inside this process was achieved. Amirah you rock!! Your a real asset to the team as the leader to processing this procedure ! All involved were patience, kind and above the standards caring !!! Doctor was very professional and very knowledgeable on how to calm my grandson while getting the tooth out. Will definitely recommend Every Kids Dental to friends and Family!!!

Dr. Stanfield is absolutely wonderful. He has seen my daughter who has special needs since she was a kid, and he continued to see her as an adult even though he's a pediatric. Dentist. I am so grateful for him. He goes above and beyond with services. He explains everything. He takes really good care of her when she's in his chair, and I don't even know how to describe how kind and patient the dental assistants are. They're so welcoming and warm. I really love this location. We've been going here for years. And I highly recommend Dr. Stanfield and his staff.

We have been bringing our kids here for the past couple years and love it! Everyone we work with is so patient and kind. They are really good with kids and know how to make the kids feel comfortable. A special shoot out to Winta and Betzy from our last visit who made the expereince smooth and easy! Thank you!

Switched to here after not finding a good dentist in our area! Absolutely been so great. Scheduling the appointments have been easy, knowing the cost has been fantastic and the staff have all been great! Jennifer in particular has been amazing she is on the adult side but has been helping and made our process with the pharmacy seamless! She kept in contact to ensure it was taken care of and also followed up with us! Such a great place!

Parents deserve to know what they are walking into at this office. My daughter’s orthodontic care here has been handled in a way that raises serious concerns about professionalism, safety, and trust. 1. Emergency mishandled: When my daughter had a braces emergency where a wire jammed into her cheek, she couldn’t open her mouth. I called the emergency number given by the office, but no doctor ever returned my call. Instead, the call center operator admitted he had to Google instructions. The office never followed up, and when I asked later, the manager brushed it off saying, “I don’t work weekends. If you’d called Monday, we would have helped.” Emergencies don’t wait until Monday. 2. Rude and dismissive behavior: When I raised legitimate questions about over-expansion, treatment delays, and wanting a second opinion, the orthodontist became defensive and condescending—rolling her eyes, bobbing her head, and speaking disrespectfully instead of listening. 3. Unprofessional patient dismissal: While my husband was still in the office actively scheduling my daughter’s next appointment, the staff bypassed both him (who was physically present) and me (the primary parent contact) who was actively on the phone talking to the front desk to instead call her father and inform him they were dismissing her as a patient. They claimed they thought we had already left, which was untrue—the manager had just spoken to my husband couple minutes earlier in the back. We were never told face-to-face, and only found out because her father immediately informed me that they were calling him. It felt sneaky, manipulative, and unprofessional. 4. HIPAA/privacy concerns: Their treatment area is a shared space, where I could clearly hear other patients’ private medical details and vice versa. This is a serious privacy violation. For context, this was a middle-point office chosen so both parents (who live an hour apart) could bring our daughter. Unfortunately, instead of supporting her care, this office has created delays, emergencies without follow-up, and unnecessary family conflict through poor communication and unprofessional behavior, and are falsely accusing me of being aggressive, hostile, and disrespectful. Parents—please be cautious before trusting this office with your child’s care. Emergencies were ignored, legitimate concerns were dismissed, and important patient communication was handled in a sneaky, unprofessional way. Unfortunately I can already see payment is going to be another issue as reading the reviews this office has concerns of fraud behavior, scam, forced upselling and over pricing. Thankfully because I was on FaceTime I was able to screen record the visit and the video will be sent through the chain of command to prove all the above. -kindly regards
