The staff is incredibly positive and friendly! We brought in our kiddos for their first dental visit and it was such a calm experience for both of my kids. I appreciate all the work that this office does to ensure a welcoming experience for children.

I’ve been bringing all 5 of my kids here, and we’ve had such a great experience every time. The staff is always fast, efficient, and incredibly organized, which makes visits with multiple kids so much easier. They do a wonderful job explaining exactly what each child needs and making sure we feel informed and comfortable with everything. They’re also very patient and kind with the kids, which makes a huge difference. Highly recommend for families looking for a reliable and kid-friendly dental office!

We absolutely love Dr. N! She is incredibly patient, calm, and so gentle with our kids. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel comfortable and cared for. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and truly connects with her patients. It’s such a gift to find a pediatric dentist who combines skill with such a soothing presence. We are so grateful for her!

Our family decided to switch from another dentist's office to North Phoenix Pediatric Dentistry, and it's been a great choice so far. Our youngest (2-year-old) had a frenectomy procedure done by Dr. Nez, and it was such a fantastic experience. My daughter did not cry or complain about it throughout the healing process. She ate, drank, and played as usual. Absolutely no one knew she had a minor procedure done because it was FLAWLESS. The doctor's aftercare instructions are informative and precise. The doctor personally called me because I couldn't be in the room, as I had to handle our other child. And she still made it her task to contact me personally, follow up, and tell me everything she did and what she discussed with Dad at the appointment. That little touch was what I was looking for, and at North Phoenix Pediatric Dentistry, we matter, and all our concerns and questions are addressed. The office is also immaculate, and they have so many toys and books for the kids to color and play with while waiting. The staff is all very nice and always smiling. That is very welcoming to us as parents, but most importantly to the kids. My kids loved it. Thank you, Dr. Nez and North Phoenix Pediatric Dentistry.

I’ve wasted time going to this appointment. They told me my 3 yr old child would be sedated however when we arrived they instead gave him some sort of medicine drink to take to make him feel relaxed and he looked so out of it. Why was he not booked the appointment for anesthesia how traumatizing must that be for a 3 yr old to be up during a filling procedure. THEY LITERALLY GAVE HIM A NUMBING SHOT WHILE HE WAS UP. I’m literally a dental assistant we would never provided lidocaine or septo to a child under 5. The dentist agreed to this as well that he should have been sedated. Then the front desk acted like she didn’t want to schedule me and even offered for another appointment next week as if people don’t have jobs since I was unsure about the date but was going to see if I can work around it and her response was spots are limited. Again i am a DA cancellations means less production so don’t try to self deflect because if it was important the sedation people would be coming more than twice a month. I kept a close eye on my child. I would not recommend going here if your kid is under 5 yrs old they clearly do not know what they’re doing, even the dentist was being so rude with the assistant but she was the only kind one to us. Calling my son’s main dental office to tell them to provide me with a new referral. This is place is a nightmare and trauma center for small children.
