We absolutely love Dr. N! She is incredibly patient, calm, and so gentle with our kids. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel comfortable and cared for. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and truly connects with her patients. It’s such a gift to find a pediatric dentist who combines skill with such a soothing presence. Our family decided to switch from another dentist's office to North Phoenix Pediatric Dentistry, and it's been a great choice so far. Our youngest (2-year-old) had a frenectomy procedure done by Dr. Nez, and it was such a fantastic experience. My daughter did not cry or complain about it throughout the healing process. She ate, drank, and played as usual. Absolutely no one knew she had a minor procedure done because it was FLAWLESS. The doctor's aftercare instructions are informative and precise. The doctor personally called me because I couldn't be in the room, as I had to handle our other child. And she still made it her task to contact me personally, follow up, and tell me everything she did and what she discussed with Dad at the appointment. That little touch was what I was looking for, and at North Phoenix Pediatric Dentistry, we matter, and all our concerns and questions are addressed. The office is also immaculate, and they have so many toys and books for the kids to color and play with while waiting. The staff is all very nice and always smiling. That is very welcoming to us as parents, but most importantly to the kids. My kids loved it. Thank you, Dr. Nez and North Phoenix Pediatric Dentistry.

North Phoenix Pediatric Dentistry is amazing! We took our kids there today for their first dentist appointment. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The doctor and dental assistants were so patient and kind to our babies. My kids were nervous and they did cry, but the staff handled that situation with grace and kindness. The entire process was fast: checking in, cleaning, and scheduling only took 20 minutes total. I appreciate the professionalism and care this office carries. We'll see you all in 6 months! What a great place to take your kids to the dentist. The front office are kind and supportive. Angela was gentle, patient, nice and effective on her intervention with my son. The dentist that saw my son was very professional. Thanks for making the experience to the dentist a extremely positive one! You all are a great team.

I love coming here! I have been coming to Dr. Heimann for the past decade and the assistants such as Assistant Tracy have always been very welcoming and non judgmental. She even asked about my summer vacation. This is a safe place for both kids and teens!!
