I have been a patient of this dental clinic for over 20 years, since the time you were located on 15th Ave and Indian School. I have always been very satisfied with the care, the quality of the work, and especially the excellent service provided by your staff. However, I would like to share a concern regarding the new location. The waiting room, particularly the children’s play area, does not appear to be well maintained in terms of cleanliness and condition. It looks worn and dirty. I understand that some of this may be caused by clients themselves, but that is why I believe it would be helpful to place signs reminding parents that this is not their home and encouraging them to help keep the area clean and respected. For me, cleanliness and a professional appearance are very important in a healthcare setting. Unfortunately, because of this issue, I do not feel comfortable returning, as hygiene is a priority for my family. I truly appreciate the care and service you have provided over the many years and share this feedback respectfully in hopes it may help improve the environment for all patients. Sincerely, María

I don’t normally do reviews on places but this place deserves a 10/10 would highly recommend for any parents like me that can get anxiety about our babies being treated right and being very protective of them. I brought my son in for his surgery and I was very nervous. Everyone there was so professional, respectful and patient with my baby I am so grateful that I found this place, my son is so happy with his procedure and his experience and it didn’t take long at all very well worth it 🙌

My child needed some extra work outside of the 6-month cleaning. I asked specifically for it to be done in one visit. They checked with the dentist and confirmed that it could, in fact, be done in one visit. We come…… they did one of the three needed services and said it was because they didn’t block off enough time for all three. I said “I literally asked specifically for all three in one visit. We confirmed.” Fine, we book a second. SAME THING HAPPENS. They wanted to book a third. I said nope. It can OBVIOUSLY wait. I have to work!!! Then….. they do it AGAIN 6 months later. They schedule a filling for one visit and SDF application for a second visit. Those are easy enough to complete at the same time…. Scheduler’s excuse was “we have to wait exactly 3 months for SDF application” HELLO!!! Sooooo you make the appointment for BOTH after 3 months!!! We tried to schedule our 6-month visit and the gave me a date and time. I told her, we can’t do that date and time, we have something already, can we change it.. she said NO. That’s how our system puts it in, you’ll have to call a week before to reschedule. BUT IM TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW I CANT DO IT! Are you not smarter than the system?? The level of incompetence is so high. SO HIGH. If you are a working parent, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

The Lady - front office staff was really rude and lied. The office sent me a message for an appointment for my kid but when we came she said we did not have appointments today. We showed them the message, the manager standing with the lady said he did not know where the message came from, even it showed the notice from there office Tiny Teeth. Speechless 😶! It was not easy to set a time between parent’s working and kid’s school to go for appointment during weekday. I do not know if they do have kids to understand how disappointed the kids feeling. We will never never come back.

I have been going to this dentist office for a few years now however, every time I go, they want to take my child in the back by themselves. My child gets nervous and uncomfortable, but she still goes in the back. I don’t think they should make the parents wait if the children are uncomfortable. On top of that yesterday, my daughter went to the dentist for a check up normal thing again we have been going to the same office for a few years now my daughter was standing right next to the lady that just helped her in her room with her cleaning and she still called my daughter a boy. My daughter does not look like a boy whatsoever. She has a unisex name Jordan, but for some reason, she still calls my daughter a boy if you don’t look at the chart of the child and see that it says female and you’re looking right at her and she looks like a girl there’s something wrong. I understand mistakes happen, but this is every time I take them. It would be different if it was over the phone and they couldn’t see my child however they should still be looking at the chart where it says female or male, just gotta do better.
