Two of our children went to Tucson Smiles for several years. In general they enjoyed the experience. They did have a couple to several cavities filled by Tucson Smiles and if I had been writing a review a year ago I probably would have given five stars. But the recent year's experience has lowered the rating. For context, our kids are 15 and 16. In their most recent visits, they both felt they were treated too much like children - fair enough, perhaps there's an age when it's time to move the kids to an adult dentist. So we did that, we moved the kids to our family adult dentist. We had been scheduled to get 3 and 4 cavities filled by Tucson Smiles, we expected to have those same cavities filled when we reached our new dentist. However we were surprised and disappointed at the same time when our family dentist determine that instead of 3 and 4 cavities our kids had only 0 and 1 cavities to address. I hate to think that my kids might have gone through 3 extra fillings each that they didn't need. Now it's possible our family dentist is wrong. But I wanted to share this in order to let potential customers make their own decision.

Tucson Smiles offers phenomenal pediatric dental care. I have been taking my children to Tucson Smiles for years and have had a great experience every time. We see both Dr. Hishaw and Dr Abramian, and they are both outstanding pediatric dentists. They offer excellent advice for preventive measures, and when my daughter needed a filling I was very pleasantly surprised by how smooth the experience was. The dental hygienists are highly professional and great with kids, even screaming wiggly toddlers. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. I really couldn't ask for a better dental experience for my kids.

Dr. Laila Hishaw and her staff did an amazing job putting a composite on my 3 year old son’s front teeth to turn them back to their original color (after being stained grey from a prior treatment to stop decay). She took the time to explain each step in a kid friendly way so he felt safe and prepared for the next step in the process. After the composite procedure, he was so proud to show off his smile and told his teachers and friends all about his teeth. Thank you Tucson Smiles for making him feel so comfortable during the process! They look great!

I brought all 3 of my boys to the office. The doctors are great and everything ran right on time. My 5 year old was very nervous and they know just how to handle him. This is a great office and perfect location.

Dr. Hishaw has consistently been excellent to work with when it comes to pediatric dentistry. The staff is well organized and the office runs efficiently. They have three locations spread through out the city making it to access to their services. My child feels comfortable at Tucson Smiles in the friendly setting and we both always leave happy. I regularly refer parents to Tucson Smiles and I appreciate the good work they do.
