This center is very clean and the staff was great. I expressed my concerns about getting my daughter treated soon for extractions as she was in much pain. They called back and scheduled us in sooner twice so it worked out perfectly. The young woman who took my daughters vitals and carried her in for the surgery was amazing!!! Very sweet and gentle with my girl I was so relieved. I spoke with a Stacey and Vanessa once the surgery was over and both were great. Our dentist was very kind and communicated well with us and we are very grateful. Wonderful experience for the outcome my daughter had to endure I wouldn't change anything about it.

I was so nervous taking my son to get work done because he doesn't do good at the dentist but they were so patient and kind and very comforting for both my son and I because I struggle with anxiety as well. Im very grateful for them all around. From the front desk being so kind when we arrived to the end when he was getting ready to go home. Would definitely come here again for my son

If I could rate 0 stars I would. 2nd time now I was asked to come in WAY earlier than my scheduled appointment time due to them having cancelations. When I tell them we can't come early they get super snotty & rude with us. They had the audacity to tell my husband if you don't come in now we won't see you until January. Excuse me? She didn't even check the schedule and just said that empty threat in hopes to get us to JUMP UP AND GO. When I called back to confirm they were canceling my sons appointment she told me she's not going to have her team wait around for us. Like what?! We just wanted to come in at our scheduled time. So unprofessional. Definitely will find another place to preform the procedure. Wouldn't ever trust my sons life with these people who can't even treat me with a drop of respect.

I think everyone here is awesome From the first phone call to the waiting room to getting my boy at the end my biggest concern was going to be the wait time but actually understand why theres a wait time and I appreciated the understanding why each surgery is longer than others it’s a surgery! Thank you all Staff I was here a over a week ago and I had a great experience with beginning to end no one is exempt

Drove 2 hours to be told my son couldn’t get his surgery done because he took a bite of a donut and he wasn’t suppose to eat anything. I was never told he needed to fast for his procedure. And the ladies and the front were very rude, judgmental and served no help at all. Stacey just assumed I didn’t want to reschedule. Very unprofessional. Wish I could give this place negative stars. Don’t bring your family here. It also smells like a sewage system burst in there facilities.
