We had such a great experience at the dentist with my three girls! The staff was so patient, kind, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They made my daughters feel comfortable and calm during their appointments, which means so much as a mom. The office was clean, organized, and the dentist explained everything clearly. My girls left smiling and actually excited to come back. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism we received. Highly recommend

Yesterday’s appointment was such a big win for us. For the first time, my son went in, had his spacers removed, and let the staff take care of him without any fear or tears. That’s something I honestly wasn’t sure we’d ever get to. Since he was little, dental visits were really hard—he would cry and feel scared, and I often felt helpless not knowing how to make it easier for him. Then one day, one of the staff members, Genie, suggested she work with him consistently so he could build trust. That made all the difference. Once he got to know her, he actually looked forward to his appointments and felt safe. Recently, Genie has started transitioning him to other staff members, just stopping by to say hello. I wasn’t sure how that would go, but it’s been amazing—he’s comfortable, cooperative, and still confident going in. Now when he asks if he’ll see Genie, I tell him he might see one of her friends, and he’s totally okay with that. I’m so grateful for an office that took the time and care to help my son feel safe and build that trust over the years. It truly means a lot. I highly recommend them—the entire team is kind, patient, and wonderful at what they do.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Dentists here! They are all super friendly, kind and caring. They speak to the adult just as well. We just moved home and our dentist remebered my baby from the 1 time he met her 3 years ago! My daughter asked the dental assistant if Dr Purdy was there today and his wife overheard her and came over, introduced herself, told us why he wasn't there and made a point to talk to and make friends with my daughter! Above and beyond is all I can say about this office!!!

We love it here! My kids have been coming for years, and they’ve had zero bad experiences. That’s largely due to the welcoming staff, who create such a positive and supportive environment. My kids actually love coming to the dentist! Today was my almost 2-year-old’s first visit, and she did great. From the receptionists to the hygienists and dentist, everyone is amazing and they’re the reason we continue to come here! Customer service makes a difference!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My son needs treatment that requires him to be sedated. At the appointment everything was smiling and cheerful happiness. I was given an option for general anesthesia or oral sedation. I was then told I do not have to decide right now. When I got to the front they got us scheduled and set up for his appointment. When we arrives for his dental work I asked about the option for general anesthesia and they told me that it was a separate procedure and the option was only oral sedation. After multiple reminders that if the appointment was not kept we would get charged for the visit I felt pressured in a split second decision to sign all of the disclosures they had. Clearly struggling and not holding back tears by any means they brought me more paperwork to sign. After asking how he is doing they told me he was crying and they had to strap him down and he was NOT doing okay. They pulled me to a separate room to discuss my frustrations and threw information at me that they sent me home with a packet and that I should have understood what was happening. After repeatedly telling them that I do not understand when they told me there was an option. Where was the option provided? Where was it explained? No where. Only vague information was given to push us along in the direction they prefer. I heard other parents in the lobby asking the same questions. Clearly it is never fully explained to parents looking for care for their kids. My son is 3. I did not bring him here to be traumatized and yet I am leaving with a fear racked child crying. Now I’m out a day of work and have to figure out where to go from here. After they brought me my son back they ushered us out the back door and left me struggling in the parking lot trying to load my sedated son up to go home. I would never recommend this type of care to any parent. Beware and ask all questions 5 times to make sure they tell you everything.
