Extremely unprofessional and RUDE office staff. I walked in today for an appointment for my four children , I had the appointment wrong on my calendar so I was late. I thought my appointment was at 9am and I showed up at 9am thinking I’m on time, but my appointment started at 8:40 I guess. The two lady’s up front looked at me in disgust and both said “ um your appointment was at 8:40 “ the old, white lady with fried hair rolled her eyes at me and gave me a dirty look so I said “ we can reschedule if you’d like “. Mind you, the office was completely empty. Then she said “ we will just make it work “ still with such an attitude as if she owned the place. It’s very disgusting they have such unprofessional people working there. The dentist is always kind and great but maybe look at the people at the front end of your business as it can drive people away.

We’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and the kids love it. Each time has been a good experience. The staff and Dr Nelson are always kind and welcoming and he always asks if I have any questions and provides me with the necessary information regarding my kids oral health. Their little playhouse is a bonus and the kids also get a free book after every visit so that’s very much appreciated! If you’re looking for a good pediatric dentist, this is it right here.

Everyone in this office is so kind! We love love the dentist. So sweet and caring. Our twins are always taken care of wonderfully here. Dr Nelson is the best! Both Dr. Nelson and Belinda in the back office are patient and gentle with my toddlers.

I love love it here. The office is so cute and clean. The nurses and Dr himself is so nice and patient. I had my 4 years old coming here since he was under 2 I believe and now my younger son comes here. It’s a great spot especially for first time parents I know how scary it can be for us and our children, But they try their best to make it as comfortable as possible. I love how mom and dad can be there chilling with the kids while they get their work done. My kids are always leaving with free books and balloons. There’s usually no wait time. Even the restroom is so cute! Everything tiny in their made my son feel so comfortable. You’d think kids would be scared to go to the dentist but not my boys they’re always looking forward to their next visit.

We have been attending Powell dentistry for 4 years now. I absolutely love it there! Both my kids have been treated kindly and with patience. The doctor is wonderful and sweet with the kids as he explains things clearly to them. I love all the assistance too plus the bonus balloons and books they give the kids! Over all super good experience every time!
