I called 10/16/2023 to make an appointment for my almost 2 year old son. Cynthia answers and is very smirky rude. I told her my son is a new patient and hasn’t been there before I wasn’t to sure if the children clinic was the same place. She had a smirky rude response. She also stated she was transferring me have my appointment scheduled. I didn’t have my card on had so I mentioned I’ll get the card # and give a call back. I called within 2 mins back and she was rude and had an ugly attitude and insisted I tell her how I got the dentist office number. I finally said google and felt interrogated and forced to respond. I had asked her if she was going to transfer my call to whom would be scheduling me and she said no I do the appts here. And I was a bit confused. I asked to speak to her supervisor and after getting on the phone with Victoria. She had a horrible attitude just as her and told me you don’t need to be scheduled in here. I told her I am scheduled my appointment she asked me for the information again ‘ and said she didn’t have the info I gave Cynthia ‘ at the end she confirmed the time and date of which I already agreed upon and I happen to tell her ‘ you said you had no info on my appointment or information but you happen to confirm the same time and date I was scheduled in and Victoria response was my computer just came back up. I mentioned I will go and speak to your supervisor now and I said so your name is Victoria and your a supervisor and she said no. I said I asked Cynthia to transfer me to a supervisor and Victoria state well the supervisor is busy and I work in the front desk. Unbelievable, I won’t be attending this appointment and I’ll find a way better staff and dentist environment. This was my experience just calling to book a first time visit for my son.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The lady that answers the phone, I believe her name is Cynthia was so rude. I tried explaining that I was referred to this dental clinic for my son who has a special need and she was so rude and very unprofessional with the response she was giving me back. My son would have been a first time patient here but based off her tone and responses I would not take my son here. Very unprofessional.

Their office manager puts her list of preferences on the calendar first before anybody else. The front office clerks tell us all the time to call "everyday" to look for opening appointments as if we don't work and have the entire day to be calling. The front office clerks are very rude and inconsiderate with bad attitudes. They gossip all the time about their lives out loud and everybody can hear them. The only reason I take my kids there is because of the dentists who are actually great and informational. And because it's right in front of the ER in case there's an emergency.

Bad service since the pandemic started I'm trying to setup an appointment for my daughter is been more the 18 month and they never have nothing available they said that they're full and today the front desk assistant name (Victoria) said that if I have medical i can go anywhere because she don't have nothing available for me and if i want i can call and 2 month to check. She was very rude no matter what kind the insurance i have i need assistance and respect.

Other dentists would not see my son because he has autism. They would clean his teeth and tell you what work he needed by it refused to do any work because he might move. Finally a dentist Dr Fishman referred me to Children's denatal clinic. They see him and provide appropriate sedation when needed. They are great. The first time he saw them he had a long list of items to do because of the other dentists not providing Care. Only problem is difficulty obtaining appointments because they are unique.
