Before, every time my kids went to the dentist, it would take at least two hours and be really stressful. But this place is amazing! The staff is so kind, and the scheduling is very precise :) Most of all, I love how quick and efficient the treatment is. I highly, highly recommend this pediatric dentist. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my kids!

This office doesn’t even deserve 1 full star. Half a star is more accurate. I came to this location for 4 appointments. My kid’s filling fell out, so we went back. The dentist said it was “ok,” didn’t clean it, didn’t replace the filling, didn’t place a crown or any protection. Due to them not providing treatment, an infection set in and my kid unfortunately lost the tooth. There aren’t any rooms for privacy and all of the treatment chairs are in the same space. On another visit, the dentist came in with her cat. What if kids have pet allergies? The receptionist always seemed to be in a bad mood, and the dentist was constantly on her phone in the back. We went to a different office for a second opinion, they said the tooth couldn’t be saved and had to be removed. That new location deserves a 10/10 — professional, clean, and the staff is awesome.

My older daughter is always complaining about going to the dentist. She had treatments in another very famous dentist place and she had a very bad experience. She is very happy that we moved to Children’s Dental World. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Dentists are very professional with all their patients. I highly recommend them.

They proposed a plan of treatment for my child, but we spoke of the work I wanted done. I made it clear I did not approve anything but what I requested. I came in today and the nurse tells me today they are doing cavities on a different side of her mouth. I objected, specified I wanted the 1 tooth we spoke of taken care of. The work is done quickly, we sit outside and wait 15 minutes. I check inside her mouth and find 2 teeth were done! Shocked, I was furious. I made a comment and I couldnt stay. I was furious. Went home, requested documentation copies my wife never received. Receptionist told me the dentist would call me after lunch. Nobody called.

The apppintment process is easy amd fast. They remind often too, the dentists gives options to choose from insurance coverage to non coverage, where parents can decide. The clinic is clean and simple, and the staff are helpful
