This is a profit maximizing practice if there ever was one. We feel (and a second opinion essentially confirmed) that they attempted to over-treat our son to maximize their revenue. When I asked them questions about the extent of treatment recommended, I got filibuster responses that were anything but reassuring. Visiting a different dentist generated a treatment plan that was ~50% of what Primary Teeth was trying to get away with. The treatment you receive and bedside manner here may be quality, but who wants to work with someone who will look you in the eye and say your child needs expensive invasive treatment that they actually don't?

Best dental office I have ever been! Took my son there for a dental checkup (TK enrollment requirement) today. First the office is modern and clean. Checkin was a breeze. The dental hygienist was extremely good with kids-she was engaging, warm, firm and efficient. My boy went through the first dental cleaning and imaging in his life with nothing but giggles. Dr. Evan is super clear in explaining everything to me and also great with kids. The goodie bag with the ballon and stickers won my boy’s heart. He even got a sugar-free lollipop and I got a cold brew coffee as reward. I wish I could come here for my teeth too haha. My boy said I love to go to dentist (said no kid ever) can we go tomorrow again

I did not like my experience here for my little one. It really felt like the wanted us in/out and the doctor barely said hi/acknowledged my son. He was nervous and really rushed through the visit. This place was recommended to me by a parent group and I sadly do not recommend. We changed dentists for my little one.

Dr. Evan is great! The office and staff are also great. They make everything really easy and fun for both kids and parents

Wonderful experience. This was my son's first visit and Dr. Evan was so patient and skilled at working with littles. Whole team was very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to going back!
