We were so well attended! My 2.5 year old daughter loved her experience. Juana was our DA and she did an amazing job, she was kind and helpful and my daughter loved her!! I also really like that they spoke Spanish to my daughter so she would feel comfortable. Cristal was also very kind and so was the dentist. Thank you so much for making this a very special first experience for our daughter - we look forward to our next visit !!!

Was super excited to have my son get established at an office with such high reviews. Granted we had a 5 o clock appointment, when we got there it was packed like sardines. We waited for over an hour before we were seen by the actual dentist. The assistant told us the Dr was in the middle of a treatment so it would take another 10 minutes after waiting for 20 minutes. That 10 minutes turned into an hour. Spoke to someone to ask if my son could have a snack because it was past his dinner time and since they weren't sure when she was done and they said no (seriously?) I did not get friendly vibes from an office that specializes in pediatrics. The front desk ladies were irritated at the kids up front and I overheard them negatively speaking about a patient who had just left. Saw Dr. Jackie for less than 5 minutes and although she said sorry we had to wait, she seemed a little irritated that I was irritated (because I was). She was not welcoming what so ever. As a health care professional myself, I understand waits are common but from start to finish it was a horrible experience. Their reviews are so high because they tell you to scan the QR code for a review and stand there and give you their name to mention in the post. Please don't take your kids here.

I had a great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, Linda made me feel welcomed and comfortable with her friendly attitude and professionalism at the front desk. Dr. Jackie was incredibly thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood each step of my treatment. Lilly was kind and attentive throughout my visit, helping make the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that combines such genuine care with professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care and a team that truly cares about their patients.

Had a great first experience! Took my 4 year old daughter in today for her first appointment, which consisted of an x-ray and cleaning. I absolutely love the aesthetic of the office itself. Super cute in the jungle theme, had fun things for the kids to do while waiting for their appointment time. The office staff were super friendly, and so helpful. they were very warm and welcoming, which made the arrival process go pleasant and smoothly. We were called back in less then 7 minutes by a phenomenal person named Crystal. She explained everything with such comfort and efficiency. She had great positive energy. Next, the assistant Juañita came in and took the X-rays, and performed the cleaning. She too was super sweet, and extremely patient. The final person we saw was the Dentist Dr. Jackie… she was such a breath of fresh air! She was so gentle, caring, and professional. Hands down I would recommend this place and give it 5 stars!!!

Jamila was so good and very professional, I like the way she treat the patient. She was extremely helpful. My daughter was really scared at first but she was able to comfort her. Thank you so much for the great care.
