My son went here and had a very disappointing experience. My son was traumatized and held down for treatment. I tried asking the doctor if there's any other options instead of holding a child down for treatment a nurse spoke up in his place and got snappy and told me "That's not a question for him that's a question for me, there is no other way" Instead of using patience or child-friendly techniques, the staff immediately defaulted to saying there was “no other way” but to hold children down, and I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude when I asked about alternatives. Parents should feel supported and informed, not rushed or talked down to. I would recommend this office improve how they handle anxious children and communicate respectfully with parents.
