We love this office. The staff is amazing- from the front desk, to hygienists, to Dr. Lin. Our kids LOVE going to the dentist and we have this office to thank for that. Our daughter had to have some dental work done (more than a cleaning) and the team handled her with such care. Truly experts in pediatric care. We feel so comfortable bringing our kids here and are so grateful for the incredible experiences we have had.

Very friendly staff and a pleasure to have let their office take care of my perfect smile journey. Doctor Chai really prides himself on a finished product. He ensured that not only his professional opinion was input of knowing when my smile was ready to be off of treatment, but also always hearing my input in terms of how comfortable my bite was so that it’s just not cosmetically appealing, but also happy with the entire feel. Don’t let the name “My Kids” in the company name fool you. Was here as an adult during my entire treatment. Also my teeth had a hiccup where it started shifting oddly and after i notified Doctor Chai and his staff, they welcomed me in to work it out immediately. I couldn’t be more happy with with my teeth! Bring your friends and family here!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Such a great experience at My kids Dentist & ortho! Diana and Erica at the front desk were so kind and informative in regards to an easy check in process and finances. Shila the assistant was so polite and ensured my son was comfortable from beginning to end. Dr. Lin was awesome!! He was professional and very knowledgeable about my son’s treatment plan! My son who is afraid of the dentist is so excited to go back! I definitely will be referring this office to my friends and family!🦷

It’s my son 1st time getting his cleaning done there and it was amazing. Karen did an amazing job cleaning my son’s teeth , she is very kind , patient and great with kids. Her service is amazing . Would definitely recommend going there & I’ll definitely be coming back to book with her . 10/10 service . Great job

Awful experience. They dropped the ball on scheduling a filling for my daughter, resulting in her needing a crown. The appointment was actually scheduled then immediately canceled. At her follow-up, the dentist said, "Looks like she needed a filling at her last visit, and those appointments were canceled. Now she needs a crown." I think the tone of his statement was inappropriate, especially since the office dropped the ball. Now here we are on Christmas Eve getting a crown for a 9-year-old... Merry Christmas, kid! Changing ASAP.
