Jesus at the front office is always so welcoming and courteous. The lobby and office are always clean, and staff work together very efficiently. Dr. Stephen is very knowledgeable and takes the time to hear your concerns and discuss them. If Dr. Stephen has a concern, I like that he is careful to make necessary suggestions. His assistant, Katrina, is very pleasant and knowledgeable as well. She has performed both of my son's cleanings, and it went great! Both Dr. Stephen and Katrina are gentle. My son and I enjoy visiting the office. :) I am grateful to have found Coastal Kids Dentistry!

I received great customer service from start to finish. The lady that helped me schedule the appointment online was very informative. The day of the appointment the receptionist greeted us with a smile. The dentist assistant was so sweet to my son. I really liked the way she was talking to him making him feel comfortable. The doctor was really nice too. I liked how they both explained everything to me and to my son. They have all kinds of different flavors of toothpaste. I am so happy I found this office.

I wish they had a place like this when I was a kid, office and staff are amazing! Dr. Stephen is great with kids, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything to the parent and patient! His staff is nothing short of spectacular. Katrina can get the most energized kid to relax and stay still for a proper exam, while Jose is always able to accommodate anyone’s schedule. If you can’t tell, we love this place!

We had a fantastic experience at Kids Coastal Dentistry! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and clearly designed with children in mind. The waiting area is bright and engaging, and the staff are incredibly patient, friendly, and great at easing any dental anxieties. Dr. was kind, thorough, and explained everything in a way that both parents and kids could understand. My child felt comfortable throughout the entire visit and actually looks forward to coming back! They’re also very organized with appointments and follow-ups, which makes everything smooth and stress-free.
