Dr. Nicholas Ching’s office is a kid-friendly haven. The spacious and colorful sea themed wait area features a few play stations and a fish tank, which my son was really drawn to. As you walk in, there is a “Welcome” board straight ahead - at the back wall, that had my son’s name on it, and as well other children who I assume had an appointment that day. It was my 3-year-old son’s first dentist visit, and surprisingly, he did exceptionally well. He didn’t cry or scream, which made me incredibly proud. The hygienist was exceptionally gentle and ensured my son’s comfort. During the teeth polishing, my son was startled by the loud drill-like sound, but after the hygienist showed him the tool, let him touch it, and rest the polish head on his tooth to show him it wasn’t going to cause him any pain, he was at ease. The exam room also has a TV on the ceiling right above the examining bed where they played Paw Patrol, which I believe plays a huge factor in distracting my son, or perhaps we were simply having a great day. Overall, we had a wonderful first experience. The whole office team was wonderful! At the end of the exam we were given a goody bag with all the dental goodies (e.g., toothbrush, floss extender for easy flossing, and toothpaste, etc.). The assistant also provided a gold coin for the gum-ball machine at the end as well, which made my son burst into excitement and as soon as he got his little toy, he was so appreciative and thanked the staff for his toy. Last, but not least, Dr. Ching exudes positive energy and answered all my questions and concerns with clarity and explanation. He explained the process and procedures very well and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Ching as a pediatric dentist.

Always a great experience with Dr Nick and his staff. We have been coming since my son was around age 3 (he is now almost 11), and he is a very nervous patient. We have been able to get through cleanings, fillings, X-rays, and even a tooth extraction with minimal drama. The reception staff is also very friendly, professional, and helpful with scheduling and dealing with insurance.

My son (4 years old) just had his 1st appointment with Dr Nick. I admit I wasn’t sure how it would go since he was not cooperative at the last dentist we went to, but he was amazing here. At first, he was little skeptical, but as soon I laid him down and he saw the movie playing on screen, he seemed ok. The hygienist Mr Jon (I believe that was his name) was the perfect amount of friendly and professional. He got through the cleaning so thoroughly and perfectly. My son even gave 2 thumbs ups when asked if he was ok! X-rays were done really quickly too. Dr Nick himself was gentle with my kiddo and talked us through our options clearly. I love the “report card” summary they give at the end. My kiddo absolutely enjoyed picking out a toy at the coin machine! The whole staff created such a smooth experience… we didn’t wait long and we never felt rushed. It’s impressive how they’re able to do that, really. I appreciated the whole experience so much. It’s a relief they know we found a dentist we can trust!

You couldn't ask for a better kid's dentist with Dr. Ching. I pay out of pocket for his services because his professionalism can't be matched by the providers in my network. I was recommended to him by a friend when I needed a second opinion on a crown for my daughter. While Dr. Ching agreed with my in-network dentist opinion, I decided to go with him for the treatment. His office is quiet, calm, clean and organized. The staff are friendly and informative. And when Dr. Ching comes in, he's goes right to work. His focus is like a skilled surgeon. You walk out knowing you got the best service for your kid and thats all I care about at the end of the day. If you're worried about your kids dental work, I highly recommend going to him for peace of mind and a gentle hand when working with kid's teeth. If you need big treatment like us, he also calls at the end of the day to see how your kid is doing. I really can't speak highly enough of Dr. Ching and his office staff.

As you walk in you can see a welcome board with my daughter’s name. She saw it and was so happy to see her name. There’s activities so the kids can play before being seen and a movie playing on the tv. My daughter was seen to see what she needed to get done. I felt comfortable that she would get the best care.
