We have never gone to this location and only Saratoga, but the bills come from here. I took my kids to the Saratoga location as they were in network and every time we went, the staff said we only have to pay the copay. Then this May I started receiving a bill online. The "bill" never provided an explanation as to what exactly they were for. I asked for an itemized bill, in which they could not produce for months. It wasn't until August that someone called me back to tell me verbally what the charges were (x rays that I didn't know my child took), but still nothing on paper and I received a notification every month about my outstanding mysterious balance. In early Nov, they finally produced an itemized bill that I have attached. I'm still not sure why under 3 years old oral evaluation isn't covered by my insurance, but that's what I was told. I paid the statement balance and today, 12/5, I receive yet another notice that I owe $7. There was no explanation, but comparing the two statements, which I have included here, it seems they randomly changed some charges and even added a charge. This is fraud because the last six months they have sent me a different bill this whole time and now all of a sudden after I paid they decided to change the charges with no explanation? It is also harassment to continue to email someone without providing any explanation for the charges. It's their responsibility to make sure the charges are correct and it seems they're just arbitrary at this point. Stay away from this incompetent business.

My son's autistic, non verbal, so treatment isn't easy. His second to last visit here went exceptionally well surprisingly. The last visit today was our wake up call that he'll need specialized dental treatment moving forward, or just a better dental office. The reality check came in the form of embarrassment from the staff. Once again, my son is notably on the spectrum, but there was no reason for the staring, laughter and side comments from the staff as my sons struggled to follow the dental assistants directives. I gave a stare back to one of the dental assistances who watched us like a zoo exhibit. She didn't think I heard her when she jokingly suggested giving my son candy to her other co worker, followed by laughter. That was the comment that made me abruptly refuse further efforts and began to walk out. The lay out made it worse. There's no privacy with 5 dental stations all in a 500 sqft room. In a nut shell, the change of staff and new location resulted in a decline in quality of service.

Dr. asu ran her practice like business. If it’s not profitable she won’t take care of you. My daughters were her patients for 4 years. I decided to leave as I couldn’t take how her and her staffs provided service. I had dual insurances. She said that she only billed primary insurance. I have to file claim with secondary as it’s time consuming for her staffs to do so. Delta dental secondary insurance told me that they don’t accept the claim directly from patient. They also said that this is part of dentist’s responsibility and dentist should submit claim to insurance on patient behalf. My new dentist said the same thing. This practice runs for profit but not place to get treatment and service you deserved.

Awesome place for kids dental work. From last 4 years(my son is 6 year old now), we are following Dr. Brinda's recommendation and we have seen a good results for his Teeth. All the staff is very helpful and answer our questions/concerns in timely manner. They make every effort to have your visit comfortable since sometimes kids do not co-operate. I would definitely recommend Dr. Brinda to everyone.
