We had an amazing first experience at Los Gatos Pediatric Dentistry with my two kids (13 and 9). From the front office staff to the dental team, everyone was so kind, professional, and organized. The staff at the front desk truly go out of their way to help with scheduling and make everything easy and stress-free. The assistants and hygienists were wonderful with my kids — patient, gentle, and great at explaining things in a way that made them feel comfortable and even a little excited about their visit. Dr. Suzy is an absolute gem. Her professionalism, deep knowledge, and gentle approach make her a true standout. She has the rare gift of making kids feel comfortable, respected, and even excited about dental care, with that reassuring tone that turns what could be a nerve-wracking visit into a fun learning experience. She turns every appointment into a positive adventure rather than something to dread. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does — and that passion translates into excellent care. The office is spotless, modern, and welcoming, with great parking and top-notch equipment. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and efficient. Overall, an excellent experience — caring people, great environment, and high-quality care. My kids left smiling, and that says it all.

This was sour fourth clinic we visited. Our 3 year old is very anxious about going to the dentist and the process has always been very challenging. Los Gatos Pediatric Dentistry was finally the place where we had a chance to see some light at the end of the tunnel. Immediately after we arrived my son had a sense of comfort due to the ambience of the clinic. Obviously once it was time for my boy to be seen he became anxious but I saw the staff work amazingly well to comfort him which allowed them to accomplish the necessary work that he direly needed. I can not underestimate how happy and relieved I was to see my son finally getting the much needed support he needed. I highly recommend this clinic and amazing staff to anyone wishing the best oral hygiene care for their children.
