I brought my 7 and 9 year old for the first time last month and all 3 of us loved it. They do the x-rays in the same chair they do the cleanings, so the kids were comfortable and not surprised by anything new. What I liked the most, was the room we were in, had 2 chairs, so the hygienists cleaned both my kids’ teeth simultaneously. The kids liked being next to each other and it was so quick! The decor is fun and each kid had their own TV and headphones. The hygienists were friendly, efficient, and patient. Dr Duong explained things well and answered questions I had. I brought my 7 year old in for fillings the next week, but he put her safety above making money, and I really appreciate his honesty and explanation. I’m a fan!

Overall nice experience, the office is spacious, very well decorated for the kids, and nice. Customer service was nice, but needs improvement. Receptionist were amazing and treated us kindly as we waited in the lobby to be taken back. Music played as my child was taking a look around. Once brought back to the room, the dental assistant arrived into the room- we weren’t greeted. she just began working. keep in mind, online they state they will walk through what they’re doing as first visit are more educational to ensure the child doesn’t get frightened. this dental assistant was quiet and barley spoke. A gentleman walks in, he was nice however began talking in a condescending tone. Aesthetics: 10 Customer Service: 7 Parking: Easy Location of facility: Easy to find

Had an amazing experience at the Milpitas Children's Dentistry today! All paperwork was digitalized, and everything was explained clearly - no surprises. They went over what would be covered by insurance and didn’t try to upsell any cosmetic procedures. Just a thorough cleaning and great care. Highly recommend!

Best pediatric dentist around! We’ve been coming here for a few years now after trying many other pediatric dentists, and I can confidently say this is the best experience we’ve had. The dentist is incredibly patient and knows how to make kids feel comfortable and even have fun during visits. There's never any pressure on parents when it comes to procedures, which we really appreciate. Every member of the staff is friendly, kind, and helpful, and the office is always spotless every time we visit. We’re so grateful to have found this place — we won’t be going anywhere else!

This place is fantastic. My kids love coming here. The office is designed so cute and they put on cartoons for the kids while they get their cleanings. Office staff is very efficient and always start on time. I appreciate that they always accommodate same-time appointments so I can bring both of my kids at once. No hidden fees or services. They really understand kids here. Love this place!
