Absolutely blown away by the level of care we received today! I have a medically challenging kid (PANS), lots of considerations for his care and a weird tooth that decided to pop up. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival - oh and before that, lots of great communication via text, new patient forms were easy to fill out. Our hygienist was amazing - she was attentive, listened carefully, made notes and then not only did she listen well, but she conveyed the information to Dr. Nancy and Dr. Nancy came in having read my input form/listening to the hygienist. Might not sound like a big deal, but for the first time I felt like I had a true partner in my child's care, much like his pediatrician. I felt heard, I felt supported and then she carefully went through his mouth and we talked through treatment options of what made sense. She also answered all of my questions. Front desk came with a complete explanation of what was covered/not - everything was clear, in writing, and I was able to click a button that said proceed! Another incredible service - once you agree to your treatment plan, you get an email with the PDF that not only shows what you agreed to but the actual teeth impacted. I know this seems silly but I have never seen the actual tooth number/letter up until now for my child. The building is a bit odd looking from the outside, but the office is bright and fresh and welcoming, looks like all the latest equipment! We are absolutely thrilled to have found this dentist and looking forward to our next visit!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I never once felt rushed during my visits, which made the experience comfortable and reassuring. The front desk team — Anahy, Karla, and Lailia — were especially warm, professional, and attentive. My dental assistants, Karen and Ale, were also wonderful — kind, patient, and very supportive throughout my appointments. I had two separate visits with Dr. Aaron and Dr. Bui, and both truly demonstrated genuine care, attentiveness, and exceptional professional skills. Their expertise and thoroughness gave me great confidence in the care I received. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate, skilled, and professional care.

This was our first dental visit with our 1 year old. The team was so kind and really experienced dealing with babies that aren't excited to be at the dentist. I really appreciated their expertise and also how fun they made it. The first visit photo was such a sweet touch. Look forward to having them be our dentist for years to come!

I cannot recommend Silicon Valley Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics office enough! Dr. Ikehara was my pediatric dentist when I was a little girl, and it’s truly special that he is now caring for my daughter with the same level of expertise and kindness I’ve always experienced. The entire team is incredible. Adalyn and Karen, the dental assistants, are so patient and gentle with the kids, making every visit a stress-free experience. The front desk Karla led by the amazing office manager, always greets us with a smile and ensures everything runs smoothly. The office is clean, welcoming, and kid-friendly, and they go above and beyond to make every child feel comfortable. It’s such a blessing to have found a place where both care and customer service are top-notch.
