This office was amazing. I am a hygienist that has been in dentistry for over 20 years. I brought my 3 year old nephew for his 1st appointment today and he had a great experience. The assistant did a great job with his cleaning and xrays and the dentist was very nice and put together a treatment plan to take care of my nephews needs. The team is honest and trustworthy and I am so happy we found them.

This is my second visit and I definitely regret not bringing my son to you. I was at Simple Kids Dental for many years, and you definitely have much better quality, attention, and care for children. 5+ stars.

My daughter just ‘graduated’ from this practice because she’s going off to college. Both the hygienist and the dentist acknowledged this and it made our last visit special. We have been coming to the Southgate location since my kids were very young and I highly recommend it! Everyone is always kind and friendly. We have received top notch service and care for over a decade! They truly focus on the kids and help to make them comfortable. You can’t go wrong here!

The staff are Friendly and efficient and helpful with encouraging your children to cooperate and make things fun! From start to finish a really good experience! I can't remember names of everyone but they were all fantastic!

SHADY BILLING, issues with the front office, and poor communication. Very disappointing experiences with this dentist and office. We were seen at a different location for my son's cracked tooth. The dentist scheduled us for it to be possibly repaired, or worst case, pulled. We arrived on our scheduled date and had a new dentist that we'd never talked to before. That dentist immediately said he would pull it. We discussed with him that the first dentist said he thought it could be saved. This new dentist sort of waived off and said he would try, but I had a strong feeling he had already made up his mind. Then came billing. We paid everything and left. EIGHT MONTHS LATER the front office text to tell us we had an overdue balance. When I asked how that was possible, Meridian said she had no explanation on why it wasn't correctly billed or caught sooner. Then she got an attitude and said that she'd emailed me a bill previously and could resend it. I told her to resend. Guess what, she didn't have my email on file... it had never been sent. This is one of those times the office should have admitted fault and simply eaten the $200. Instead they pushed it. I absolutely would not recommend going here.
