We couldn’t be more grateful to have found PDG! We see Dr. Ashley and she is great. The whole team at the office is incredible. From the very first visit, we felt completely at ease — not just because of Dr.Ashley warm and gentle approach with our child, but because the entire practice is exceptional. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make the experience fun, with little touches that turn appointments into something our child actually looks forward to. Whether it's the friendly environment, cheerful decor, or engaging interactions, it’s clear they understand how to make dental care a positive and enjoyable experience. We truly love this practice and feel so fortunate to have found a place where our child feels safe, supported, and well cared for. I brought my 1-year-old son here for his first dental appointment and the staff and Dr. Underwood were very helpful and friendly! I wasn't sure what to expect as it was his first ever appointment but they were extremely understanding and patient which was the relief. Will definitely be back!!

I have been going to this location over the past 7 years I used to love this place when Dr Strange was there. Since then it has not been the same. I have had a couple of unfortunate encounters lately that I am very disappointed and annoyed by. Last week I had an appointment with Dr Ashley and let me tell you I will never be back again! She belittled my husband and I over the condition of our children's teeth. I get it but dont judge us without knowing our financial and life circumstances!. My 5 year old daughter hates and gets anxious with going to the dentist she always has. I took both of my children to a cleaning and the beginning of the year where they informed me I needed to get a lot of work done on my daughter. Once they told me she had to be under anesthesia because of how anxious she gets I agreed. After seeing that it would be $3000 and just $1200 for the Anesthesia alone after my insurance! I told the front desk person that if we could split it up in multiple treatments, this lady with an attitude all she said was ugh I'm gonna have to do a different estimate and then call you back. Never got a phone call. Forward to last week my daughter was having some pain in her left molar so I called to get all 3 of my kids in to be seen. Including my 1 year olds first appointment. Like every other time my daughter again was unhappy and crying while they did the XRays again. After all of my kids exams and X-Rays Dr. Ashley told me and my husband what part of your kids need treatment dont you understand. Then proceeded to berate us about the condition of my 8 year old sons teeth and then lastly say your 1 year olds teeth are fine for now but its time to cut him off from breastfeeding because even if its natural sugar its still sugar on his teeth! I'm not sure if she thought we didn't speak English because we are Hispanic but she made us feel like the worst parents in the world! After I told her we couldn't afford what we needed to pay out of pocket she proceeded to tell me about "cheaper places" but dont get your hopes up because they usually take forever to get people scheduled. Also Dr. Ann during our January visit was talking bad about my husband and I and didn't realize we were still in the waiting room. I called yesterday to have my kids transferred to a different dental clinic and it was like pulling teeth! No pun intended. It's took me 4 calls to get someone to help me and it was with so much attitude. I took my kids to get 2 different opinions and both told me that Dr. Ashley was wrong and that my daughter infact could not be under anesthesia because of her sleep apnea and needed to under general because its could be dangerous for her! I will never be going back and I dont recommend you either this place and people are awful and all they care about is money and not the kids.

We have been coming here for about 5 years. We love Dr. Ann and the entire staff. Everyone is very friendly and comforting. I can appreciate the time DR. Ann gives to explain all treatment. The office is also so clean. We moved to Westminster and tried a dentist up here, but had to go back because we didn’t get the same quality of care.Definitely recommend this office!

We had our first appointment with our 1 year old. The team was phenomenal. Dr. Suslik reassured us and completed our son's exam as quickly as possible. It was clear they know children are not always comfortable with someone in their mouth, but still did what was needed. The time for my son to be upset was very short. She also answered all of our questions, and made us feel reassured that everything is as it should be. Will definitely be taking our son back in 6 months for the follow up.
