I’ve been coming here since I was a child myself and am blessed enough to be able to bring my son here since he was 1 years old and he is now 8. The care here is absolutely amazing, they treat kids with the utmost respect and are so gentle and patient! I would know because I was a nervous kid coming here. Ms. Nino used to do my cleanings and now I am fortunate enough to have her clean my sons teeth. She informs him with such vital information about his dental health that he can understand clearly and apply at home! Thank you for all that you do Arlington Pediatric dentistry!

We had the most amazing experience at Arlington Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Arpi and Gretchen were absolutely incredible with my son, Ashton. He has autism and is very sensitive to anything near his face—especially his mouth—so dental visits are usually extremely challenging. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. Dr. Arpi went above and beyond by singing “Wheels on the Bus” to Ashton while she cleaned his teeth, which helped him stay calm and comfortable. Because of their gentleness and compassion, Ashton handled the visit like a champ. I was honestly in tears at how well the appointment went. Seeing my child treated with such understanding and respect meant everything to me. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Arpi, Gretchen, and the entire team. If you have a child—especially one with special needs—this is truly the place to go.

We had our appointment today with Dr. Chang and Mrs. Nino, and they were absolutely wonderful! My baby was so comfortable the entire time. They were friendly, informative, and made the whole experience so easy. My husband and I were beyond impressed with their care and service. Highly recommend them!
