We brought my son in for his first dental visit @ the New Carrollton location. He’ll be 2 in a few months, so we were mainly looking for a general check-up, a light cleaning, and guidance on how to properly maintain his oral health. The office was very aesthetically pleasing—bright, clean, and welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly, patient, and attentive, especially with it being his first visit. They took the time to explain everything and offered helpful tips and insight for caring for his teeth at home. Overall, it was a great first experience for us and our son, and we truly appreciated how comfortable and supported we felt as parents.

Excellent dental care. All of the dentist are excellent. Dr. Phillips in particular is outstanding. She explains things very well and provides strong encouragement and an honest assessment of how things can go if patient follows or does not follow prescribed plan. She cares about her patients and that caring shines thru with every visit. Her honesty with my teenage son about his so so approach with his dental care struck a nerve with him, which caused him to follow the plan laid out which resulted in his oral situation improving significantly. The office staff is also very professional.

Our multiple kids have been coming to the MD and DC locations for years. Very kid friendly yet not gimmicky. The staff know how to work with children with diverse needs without making anyone feel singled out or less than. This team is really great at making connections between oral health and the health of the whole body.

Hi, im absolutely disappointed today. I left work to pick up my son from school (Glen burnie) to attend his appointment at 1.30pm. We managed to walk into the office at 1.40pm and was refused to see the ortho doctor by the front office. I requested to speak with some one in charge or the doctor and still not assistance. We were kept there until we couldn't wait anymore and we left to avoid causing a scene. I think the office can do better. We have 3 kids that have seen Dr Grant since they were born and no complaints so far. Todays reception was far from what we know the office for. There needs to be improvements, a 10mins late should not equal denial of a visit. Your patients are kids, they do not drive and are totally dependent on parents. We can do better.

They were right on time—no long waits! That made the entire process smooth. They also checked our insurance and coverage, which saved us so much time. Best of all, my kid actually enjoyed the visit! The dentist and team were patient, kind, and made everything fun and comfortable. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a stress-free and kid-friendly dental visit! -1 Star due to parking and access
