Absolutely the best!! I have been taking my two children to Dr. Shahinfar for about 10 years now. She is very patient with the children, keep their teeth very clean, educates parents on dental hygiene and consistently checks for future progress in the trajectory of their baby/permanent teeth. She does not double book and gives courtesy reminder calls for your appointments. Her staff, Nima, is equally as pleasant and super easy to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My children love going and receiving a small toy or balloon.

Dr. Shahinfar has been our pediatric dentist since moving to Tenleytown. Several families recommended her and they were so right. Her practice is a small one and she takes one client at a time. She is so kind and gentle with kids and my kids trusted her immediately. She even gives out her cell phone number so you can call her for any tooth-related issue you consider to be an emergency for your child. Sometimes I have found it helpful to get her advice so I know if something is a truly urgent matter or not. I can’t think of any other dentists who offer that kind of service in this area. All of my nephews and nieces now go to her and I have referred several other families to her. Visit her for a consultation and you will immediately understand what I’m talking about. She is a true gem!

Dr. Shahinfar is great. I have been going to her since I was one year old. She is amazing , very detailed oriented and very caring . I am 9 months pregnant now and I will definitely take my baby to her . I recommend her to anyone who needs a smart , caring doctor .

Our kids have been with dr Shahinfar since they were little, ow they are teenagers. She is outstanding - calm, friendly, immediately instills trust in children and parents, thorough, non-pretentious. Also not particularly expensive - I do not understand the review here that claims the opposite, and can only infer that it is slander - and motivated by other things than dentistry (too easy to do his stuff on google).
