It's was my son's very first visit and his first dental experience and the staff of this facility has exceeded my expectations. Started with an easy, warm check in with Karina, she was so kind and sweet, very professional. We were out of there in less than an hour with ease. My baby didn't even shed a tear!! Proud mom! And thank you for the take home goodies, he loved it!!

The staff is so sweet and accommodating. I took my autistic son there and he usually dislikes dentists, but the doctor was so great with him and made the process smooth. The front desk lady was so helpful as well! Such a well run office.

We brought our son and daughter here. It was convenient to schedule simultaneous appointments, but later after having to cancel just one follow up I had the hardest time getting rescheduled. The website form was down and no one seems to answer the phone unless you select "new patient." We switched and our new dentist also questioned some seals Riverdale said they put on my daughter's teeth.

Front of house is very hard to deal with and are very condescending. I’ve never been build right and has never been clear what the out of pocket will be. The staff in the back (hygienist and dentists) are the best and why we keep coming back
