I see a lot of negative reviews, but I thought everyone was really friendly when I went. They were extremely patient with my foster child who can be overly chatty and made it a little difficult for his cleaning as he doesn't hold still or stop talking during appts. But, they treated him really nicely. The actual dentist was pretty quick looking at his teeth, but otherwise everything was fine.

Pay close attention please!! this is important if your taking your kids there!! Great expression’s pediatric dental is so unprofessional, unorganized, and unclean. First start off with the front staff as soon as you walk in no greeting, no hello just waiting for you to talk and sit you down while all of them is standing up around talking doing nothing but running there mouth. I hear them talk inappropriately to customers on the phone or once they leave. The front desk staff lacked communication and customer service skills. One of the BIGGEST problem in the office is the DOCTOR which is Dr. Sara Nofallah she is RUDE RUDE RUDE!! which multiple people have said over time everyone can’t be lying. You take the time out your day to take your kids to they appointment just for it to be an hour long wait and the doctor only come and visit your kid for literally 30 secs and leave and go into another kids mouth rather you have questions or not you can tell she’s trying to get you out the way and move on rather you have concerns or not. They also don’t allow no grace period at all not even 5 mins you can be 1 minute late to your appointment they will still cancel on you because the doctor doesn’t like to work they pick and choose who mouth they want to do !! see the dental assistants more than her it’s mainly the doctor and front staff that’s rude and unprofessional I hear the Doctor talk rude to employees walk away using curse words she doesn’t have patients for kids at all she be quick to end an appointment over the little stuff it seems she’s old and brittle and her life is not where it’s at she takes it out on other people which is why she going through what she going through now be nicer to people and have respect for others she wants respect in her office she needs to give it I reported her to the board and if I was you I would not take my kid anywhere near this place.

I arrived to my 2yo daughter’s appt 5 mins late, I was on the phone with the office to let them know I was running a few minutes behind. My appt was at 1:50p and I arrived at 1:55p. They refused to see me because there is no period. I was literally in the office and they refused to see my baby. She is 2yo and has been complaining about her teeth for about 2 weeks. I’m aware she is teething but I wanted to make sure it was nothing more. I took off work to make this appt. Their only recourse was to reschedule me for a morning appointment because I was late for an afternoon appointment. No compassion, no empathy, for a working mom just trying to get her baby teeth checked out. I have come to this dentist for 10 years, for my oldest, never have I been late, never have I missed a bill, no consideration was given to me and my child. I am very disappointed. Any who has a 2yo knows that 5 minutes late to an appointment could very well happen and then to punish us for that, just cruel. I will be calling the corporate Office but if my own local doctors don’t care about my baby’s well being what is corporate going to do? You ought to be shamed of yourself for this lack of humanity.

My daughter had a truly enjoyable experience in this dentist’s office. The doctor, and the technicians were absolutely wonderful, very thorough, and very kind. They made my rather nervous daughter very calm, explained what would be happening, and they did an EXCELLENT job. My daughter Had some plaque buildup on the back of her Front bottom incisors, and I was worried it was damage that would have to be repaired, but the lovely lady whom cleaned my daughter’s teeth got every single bit of it off and they look beautiful now. I was so relieved I will absolutely be returning here for my daughter’s next cleaning and further dental work if necessary.

My 3 children have been coming to this pediatric dentist for 12 years. We could go to others closer to home but we love Dr. Nafallah. The office staff is always courteous and explains things thoroughly.
