We have been coming to this office for 4 years, and we couldn’t be happier. The doctor is incredibly sweet, patient, and gentle with my daughter. She always makes her feel calm, safe, and comfortable, which means so much to us. The entire team is just as kind, professional, and welcoming. The environment is warm, and they always greet us with a smile. You can truly tell they care about the children and about creating a positive experience. The only downside is that even when we have an appointment, there is usually a wait time. However, the quality of care and the kindness of the doctor and staff make it worth it. I highly recommend this office to any family. We feel very grateful to have found them.

After 3 years of bringing my daughter to this office, I can no longer stay silent. The doctors are excellent: professional, patient, and very kind with children. They are the only reason I tolerated the extremely poor administrative management for so long. The front desk experience has been consistently unpleasant. Bad attitude and zero willingness to help. Beyond personal impressions, the facts speak for themselves. The appointment system is a disaster. It is supposedly automated, yet it constantly fails and no one takes responsibility for those errors. I have received more than six text messages and emails over several weeks confirming an appointment. I properly confirm it, only to arrive and be told it was a “system error” and that no appointment exists. Cancellations, last-minute schedule changes, and delays of over an hour past the original appointment time are common practice. This is not an isolated case. Several children in my household have been seen here, and it is ALWAYS the same. Whenever we have an appointment at this office, we already know it will be a stressful day. It is frustrating and exhausting to organize your day, take children out of school, or request time off work, only to be told there was a “system error” and have no one take accountability. It is truly unfortunate because the clinical care is good. However, the process of getting to the doctors has become a real ordeal. After 3 years of hoping things would improve, I can confidently say it is enough.

The best pediatric dentist in the world. The entire team is incredibly caring, patient, and highly professional. They make children feel safe and comfortable from the very first moment. The care is warm, compassionate, and truly exceptional. I recommend them 100% without any hesitation. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our kids!

We absolutely love this dental office! The staff is kind, patient, and amazing with kids. They make every visit fun and stress-free. My children actually look forward to their appointments, which says it all! The office is clean, welcoming, and always runs on time. Highly recommend to any parent looking for dental office. The place is quite clean and organize. Wait time is fine. Dental assistants and dentist are good. I just didn't like the receptionist. No good morning even after you greeted first. Zero effort to welcoming us. I had to argue that I filled out form online and showed her proof. At the end she found it. Poor customer service.I didn't bother asking for her name. Whoever was on duty at 01.22.26 am, it was her. I will look for a different dental office that provide better customer service.
