My 5-year-old daughter has been a patient of Dr. Lenard since she was 6 months old. Not only is she extremely comfortable in the dental chair but the extent to which Dr. Lenard and her team at All Smiles Pediatric go to make every visit a pleasant, informative and fun for my child is beyond measure. We see Dr. Lenard every 6 months without fail and the experience is always the same: excellent patient care and bedside manners. Dr. Emilia Smith combines exceptional expertise with genuine kindness. My son, who used to be very fearful of dentists, now feels calm and comfortable thanks to the way she connects with him on every visit. She explains everything before starting—whether it’s something simple like a checkup or more complex, like pulling a tooth—in a way that truly eases my son. We’ve followed her through different practices since she began working in Miami, and the positive shift in my son’s attitude toward dental visits has been incredible

From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the front desk staff. The office itself was beautifully designed, creating a calming and inviting atmosphere that instantly put both me and my little one at ease. Yet what truly stole the show was the incredible team. Jenny, our dental hygienist, proved to be an absolute gem. Her attentiveness and genuine connection with my son made him feel comfortable and excited about his dental visit. She went above and beyond to make sure he felt safe and understood every step of the process. And let me tell you about Dr. Rebecca Lenard an absolute sweetheart! Her wealth of knowledge and expertise in pediatric dentistry shone through as she patiently answered all of my questions and provided valuable guidance for my children's oral health. The entire staff at this dental practice radiated warmth, kindness, and a genuine passion for working with children. It was evident that they truly care about creating positive experiences for even the youngest patients. I can confidently say that this is the best place to bring your toddlers for their first dental visit. As a mom of three young & energetic boys it is invaluable when I find a professional who strives to work with our schedule and makes my boys feel comfortable. My husband and I brought our 6 week old for a tongue tie consult. From the first phone call, Emma at the front desk set such a great impression. She was so kind and patient getting us set up to come in. The office itself is SO clean and pretty. Most offices don't put in extra effort as far as looks but it is decorated so fun for the kiddos. Dr. Lenard spent so much time with us making sure we understand every aspect of the procedure, why we should/shouldn't do the procedure, what will happen after, and any concerns we had. She was able to do the procedure same day and it was over so fast. They let us keep the room as long as we needed to feed him and make sure he was okay before driving home. They even had a breastfeeding pillow for us to use! Although it is true that a tongue tie procedure does not work for everyone, it did work for us. Our little guy is a completely different baby. He went from screaming every moment he was awake to actually having moments of content. We're so thankful for Dr. Lenard and the entire staff. We have a follow up with our pediatrician soon and I will be telling her all about this office so she can add them to her referral list!!
