My 5 year old daughter had a frenectomy procedure a few months ago and it was successful procedure thanks to Dr Abarca. Dr Abarca is nice , attentive and patient. He explained everything thoroughly. The staff was also nice and professional. Overall it was a very positive experience I highly recommend !

Dr. Abarca is literally the kindest, kid friendliest human you’ll ever come across to taking care of your children future perfect smile. His dedication and PATIENCE (especially his patience) with our little humans is top notch! His entire staff is extremely knowledgeable & their bilingual highly important especially here in Miami. Your child will leave loving his dentist over the fear they normally have! Highly Recommended!

They’re fantastic here. My daughter is always excited to come back to her dentist appointment. Between the TV my daughter watches throughout her visit, to the lovely and pleasant staff, we always have a great experience.

I will never take my kids to this dental practice again. This place operates like a factory designed to milk insurance rather than provide quality care. The dentist barely spends any time with the child, the cleaning is rushed and subpar, yet they somehow manage to bill multiple procedure codes and submit a massive insurance claim—even when there are no cavities or any dental concerns at all. On top of that, their scheduling practices are extremely frustrating and unprofessional. They schedule appointments without proper confirmation, then bombard you with multiple calls and text reminders. Even after I explicitly emailed them stating that I did not agree to the appointment date or time and asked for it to be canceled, they continued to harass me with reminders. When I didn’t show up to an appointment I never confirmed, they sent me a letter accusing me of missing the visit. This happened twice. I have written proof requesting cancellation, yet they still sent these letters. The customer service is horrible, and the billing practices feel shady and unethical. If you value transparency, honest billing, and respectful communication, I strongly recommend going to a different pediatric dentist.

It felt like a house of terror. Non stop screams from the open booth next to us. My toddler was traumatized by his first visit. We didn’t wait for the dentist as my son was scared of this place and screams non stop during our visit. Hygienist that did the cleaning said kids usually cry a lot at their first visit out of fear. I get why, the open environment with multiple booths allows you to hear other kids crying / screaming. We chose that place due to their website saying “ He understand that a child's first experience at the dentist can shape their attitude towards oral health for life, which is why he strives to make every visit a positive one.” My son’s experience was traumatizing, he is now afraid of the dentist. If you still want to visit this place, bring headphones for your kid. The TV and background music weren’t enough to cover the screams, as can be heard in the video.
