We recently switched dentist due to location and have been coming here with our 2 sons for the last few months. Everything from the Dr and customer service has been great. They call you and text you multiple times to remind you about appointments and if they need to verify anything with your insurance. The wait time has been getting shorter every time and we were in and out within 1hr for treatment. The cost is significantly less than our dentist before. I recommend this dentist and will continue to use them.

Today was my son Isaac’s first dentist appointment at just 8 months old, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! As a mom, you always feel a little nervous about those “firsts,” but the entire staff made us feel so comfortable and welcome from the moment we walked in. They were incredibly patient, gentle, and kind with my baby. They explained everything to me and made sure Isaac felt safe the whole time. The dentist was so sweet and handled him with so much care — it truly meant a lot to see how loving and professional they were. Thank you for making his very first dental visit such a positive and smooth experience. We’re so grateful and definitely looking forward to coming back! 🦷💙

I am not a patient here and thankfully, neither are my children, nor will they ever be. However, a close family member was. It is deeply disturbing and shameful that your practice chose to abruptly stop treating a child mid-treatment over a so-called “policy issue.” That issue being failure to confirm an appointment, despite the fact that the family showed up on time for a scheduled appointment. At no point did we miss, cancel, or no-show. Instead, your office chose to cancel the appointment upon arrival, wasting our time after we had already shown up as scheduled. To then use this as justification to discontinue care for a child who has been receiving necessary treatment from your practice for years is unethical and unacceptable. A policy intended to prevent no-shows should not be weaponized against families who arrive as scheduled. You did not lose time we did. To discontinue a child’s ongoing medical treatment under these circumstances demonstrates a complete lack of compassion, professionalism, and responsibility to the community you claim to serve. I strongly advise anyone who values consistent and ethical care to seek treatment elsewhere. This practice has made it clear that patients children included can be dismissed instantly, regardless of history or medical need, over technicalities that serve the practice, not the patient.

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. Do yourself a favor and find a different dentist for your children. The 5-star reviews are clearly misleading — it honestly feels like friends and family were asked to leave glowing feedback, because there is nothing “5-star” about this place. From excessively long wait times to rude, dismissive staff, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The waiting room was not clean, and the treatment rooms were small and visibly dirty, which is completely unacceptable for a medical office — especially one treating children. On top of that, the staff displayed little to no patience, which is the bare minimum you should expect when working with kids. I’ve also learned that they have a pattern of canceling appointments and then telling families to “respectfully” find another provider when concerns are raised. That approach is not professional, not respectful, and not how a practice should treat patients or families in their community. This practice lacks professionalism, accountability, and basic standards of care. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I love it here but I don’t like that my insurance doesn’t cover for certain things. And they don’t even put in for a request or referral me to somewhere that I don’t need to pay out of pocket. It is what it is. It’s a nice place very clean and the assistants there are very nice. Usually seems pack but they move absolutely fast.
