We took our 2.5 yo for the first time. We had some tears, but that was expected. The staff and office space was amazing for littles! Everyone welcome us warmly and excitedly. Dr. Carter explained everything really well and was able to do our daughter’s full exam and cleaning, even with the tears. We learned helpful tips for good oral health and all left happy!

We absolutely love this office! From the moment you walk in, the staff is so warm and welcoming. They make both parents and kids feel comfortable right away. Dr. Carter is truly amazing. She’s incredibly thorough and somehow makes toddler exams look easy. She takes her time, answers every single one of my questions, and shares so much helpful information. I always leave feeling informed and confident about my daughter’s dental health. We’ve been coming here for over a year, since my daughter turned one, and she genuinely loves going to the dentist. That says everything. I’m so grateful we found this practice and would recommend them to any parent looking for a pediatric dentist who is kind, knowledgeable, and great with little ones.

I am SO grateful I found this place. Every single member of this team is amazing. Any phone call is pleasant and kind. They welcome you as soon as the doors open and make your child feel safe and special. Dr. Carter is so sweet and caring and very nurturing. 100 stars if I could. Absolutely love them.

We had the best experience! I was able to sit with my child while she got her teeth cleaned! My child’s first time at the dentist and she LOVED IT! Absolutely loved the staff they were so welcoming!! 10/10

We had a fantastic experience at The Heights Pediatric Dentist for my toddler’s first exam and cleaning. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome right away. They took the time to explain everything before doing any procedures, which really helped put us at ease. They were amazing with my toddler, patient, gentle, and so kind. The office was spotless, which definitely gave me confidence in their level of care. The examination was very thorough, and I appreciated how attentive and professional everyone was. Highly recommend them!
