We drive out of our way to go to our appointments. We live all the way in Clearwater. I cannot imagine an atmosphere that is more loving or understanding of children and their fears. Every visit is always incredibly upbeat and so well handled. My daughter had three teeth extracted yesterday and it wasn’t an easy procedure, but they were incredibly patient with her and made sure she was comfortable Throughout. They didn’t get annoyed with her questions. They exude kindness, and compassion through each visit. We are very happy with them.

I’m so thankful for Kid Smiles Dentistry. I visited two other pediatric denist before finding this one. One wanted to sedate my four year old. I did not feel comfortable with that and I’m glad I followed my parental instincts; The doctor and her staff also agreed with me. My child had two separate appointments and on the second appointment, she didn’t even need to be numbed. My child was cooperative and the staff and the doctor were amazing! They kept her calm throughout the whole process. She is also not terrified of going back. I highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Awful experience scheduling my daughter’s appointment today. The woman was rude, had an attitude and snarky response to my confusion, and not understanding why I wouldn’t have been contacted to schedule my daughter’s 6 month appointment. I was wrong and thinking that I would’ve been contacted, I take accountability in that. She condescendingly stated that with all of the patients it would’ve taken an army to contact hundreds of patients advising them that It was time to schedule their follow ups. I could’ve used some patience and compassion, but instead I received ignorance and a condescending remark. I believe it was Diamy but when I called back to ask who it was, she said it was Rosa. Either way work on your Customer Service. You don’t know what kind of day patients parent on the other Line is having. It doesn’t hurt to be kind. I text more energy to be condescending and rude.

Dr.Kwon and all of Kids Smiles Pediatric Staff have been fantastic! Dr.Kwon remembers her patients, takes the time to explain and answer questions thoroughly. I wouldn’t take my daughter anywhere else!

First off let me say The Staff here is absolutely amazing. All of them!! This practice is very neat, clean and kid friendly, the energy is good throughout as everyone seems genuinely happy to be there and love their careers and it shows, service is quick The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and make sure to answer any questions. This appointment was a big deal for our little guy as our last dental evaluation was not a very good experience. Kids Smiles has restored our hope that our son one day not be scared to see his dentists….
