Thank you Dr. Josh, Dr. Escobar, Alijah, and all of the friendly staff! This was our first visit and we’ve definitely found our new dentist. The waiting area is clean and kid‑friendly, with a small play room off to the side. Even though we only had a short wait, my daughter really enjoyed playing there and it was a nice distraction from her worries about having her tooth pulled. Also, having a pediatric orthodontist in the office made it extremely convenient and efficient for us. Dr. Josh is amazing with children. He’s patient, gentle, and really knows how to talk to kids in a way that makes them feel at ease. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping kids feel comfortable about going to the dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Josh and team to any parent looking for a skilled, caring, kid‑focused pediatric dentist.

Five stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Josh and the entire team. From the front office to the assistants, everyone was incredibly friendly, organized, and truly on top of everything. We were referred by another doctor due to a few cavities my son had, and they got us in right away. We had a consultation and completed treatment all within a week—so efficient! My son was understandably a little anxious, but they were so patient, kind, and reassuring with him. They made him feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant, and they took care of his cavities quickly and professionally. I’m extremely happy with the care we received. We will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a great pediatric dentist!

Based off my experience today I will most likely be finding another dentist. Had to reschedule for the 2nd time. First time my wife booked it for the wrong date so I called and rescheduled. Today calling to reschedule I got lectured for not calling 24 hours prior when it basically was 24 hours but my kid woke up very sick. Then they just left me on hold and never called back. Wonder how many times receptionist are losing business for this practice. Plenty of great dentist but this has been her dentist since her first ever appt. But hey customer service is not for everyone. And I run a high end Land Rover store so I know what you should expect customer service wise.

We had such a great experience at Shiny Happy Smiles! I brought both of my daughters for their first visit, and the entire team was so friendly, efficient, and welcoming. They were amazing with my girls—so patient and kind, with a wonderful bedside manner that made them feel completely comfortable. Everything ran smoothly, and we left so happy. I’m so glad we found this office and would highly recommend them to other parents!
