We love East Atlanta Pediatric Dentistry! After 8 years with my oldest daughter, the experience has been consistent and positive. My youngest daughter (3) looks forward to her visits and the chance to get a treat for doing a good job!

My son came back a year after me picking the wrong insurance. He was so excited to return as he has been going here since he received his first teeth. He made a point to let every staff member he encountered know that he had been there before. As usual staff was kind and courteous, we didn’t wait long and we are happy to return.

We always have a great experience here! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The office is very clean and runs efficiently, never a long wait and we are in and out. My kiddo always looks forward to her visit! The dentist is awesome with kids and goes over everything really well with parents.

Please do not contact me again to request removal or change of this review. I do not like this office’s switch to an AI phone system. When I called around 9:45 AM, the AI said the office was at lunch and could not answer a simple question about my son’s appointment, only telling me to leave a voicemail. I was at work so this wasn’t helpful. By the time someone called back my son was home and the help was too late plus I had to avoid work to take the call. Later I was told the issue was actually high call volume. Inconsistent info from this office is what started the issue since I was told my son’s molars would be sealed and when his father brought him he was told that one tooth had been “painted”. This is what I wanted to clear up while my son and his father were still at the office. What concerned me more was receiving a call about my review days later. I repeatedly explained that I was at work and needed to end the conversation, but I was continually encouraged by Dr. Jordan to remove or change my review because my question had eventually been answered. I was told that for us to move forward in a positive direction, I should change or remove the review. I ultimately removed it and regret doing so. My opinion has not changed and now that I have replaced my review it’s being hidden. I’ve reported it to Google.

I cannot say enough positive things about this office. Every one is kind and patient. Especially Dr.Jordan. She is the kindest soul and so so patient with the little ones. She works with the kids that struggle getting through their visit. And I am beyond grateful for her. My autistic son struggles with his dentist visits and she always takes the time to sit and talk to them and make them comfortable and secure. I absolutely love her. I highly recommend this practice for your little ones.
