Brought my daughter who is three to East Lake Smiles for her first dentist appointment. We had the BEST experience. The office is very nice - they have books and a cute reading area for the kids in the waiting room. Everything is very clean and feels new. My daughter loved the Lego characters that were built (I’m assuming by staff) and placed around the office for the kids to admire. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. They made sure Charlotte had a great first experience - They gave her a sticker, balloon, and even a prize at the end. She’s already talking about going back! Will recommend to all our friends with kids!

This place is AMAZING! A nice location, beautiful facility, and an amazing staff!! Everyone was friendly and very informative. Not only did they make sure I was understood my son dental treatment, they made sure my son understood too. You can tell they honestly care about their patients. I would recommend this office to anyone with kids.

I took my 2-year-old here for her first dentist appointment and it was everything I could have hoped for. The entire place is very thoughtfully set up to keep in mind actual small children. From the lobby to the front desk, to the dentist chairs to checkout it is so warm and inviting and made my daughter feel as at ease as she could for every step of the process. The receptionist was so welcoming and accommodating, the heigenist was quick and professional and so good with my kid and the dentist was so kind and warm and spoke exactly like a Disney princess. She was given a balloon as soon as we sat in the dentist chair and there was bluey on the TV on the ceiling. She got to sit in my lap in the most comforting position possible for the activity. And upon leaving there is a wall of very cool little toys for her to pick from. The best pediatric dental experience I could have ever imagined or hoped for. And there's plenty of free parking right out front. I'm so grateful my friends recommended East Lake Smiles to us.

I love this place. The staff here is wonderful. I had a coughing fit out of nowhere today and they brought me a mask. Now, I was coughing down my shirt—-I ALWAYS do. But as I left to go to my car, they Lysol’d down the entire room so very very good. Just the fact that they pay that much attention to detail, it was just amazing to see. All 4 of my kids (6,8,11,13) come to this office and we bring 2 at a time. But in over a year that we have been patients, they are so aware of us, they explain everything, staff is always so welcoming and the protocols they exercise to make sure things are sanitized (they don’t let the kids touch the toys, parents have to pick one out for their child with a mechanism) and they are very professional. Highly recommend. 10/10!

My son had his first dentist visit today and the overall experience was amazing! Staff was super friendly, professional, informative, and thorough. The waiting room and facility was very clean and inviting. My son felt very comfortable during his first teeth cleaning and we left with a goodie bag, a balloon, and he got to pick out a toy on his way out. Very happy with our experience and we will definitely be returning for his routine care!
