From the moment we walked in, everyone was so pleasant and welcoming from the receptionist to the doctor. The entire office had such a positive and comforting energy. I especially want to highlight Carolyn for doing such an amazing job with my son’s cleaning. She was extremely thorough, and professional. Honestly, it was one of the best cleanings he has ever had. I also really appreciated how informative she was and how she took the time to explain proper dental care and ways to keep his teeth healthy. We had a wonderful experience and truly appreciate the kindness and care we received.

Brought my daughter who is three to East Lake Smiles for her first dentist appointment. We had the BEST experience. The office is very nice - they have books and a cute reading area for the kids in the waiting room. Everything is very clean and feels new. My daughter loved the Lego characters that were built (I’m assuming by staff) and placed around the office for the kids to admire. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. They made sure Charlotte had a great first experience - They gave her a sticker, balloon, and even a prize at the end. She’s already talking about going back! Will recommend to all our friends with kids!

I love this place. The staff here is wonderful. I had a coughing fit out of nowhere today and they brought me a mask. Now, I was coughing down my shirt—-I ALWAYS do. But as I left to go to my car, they Lysol’d down the entire room so very very good. Just the fact that they pay that much attention to detail, it was just amazing to see. All 4 of my kids (6,8,11,13) come to this office and we bring 2 at a time. But in over a year that we have been patients, they are so aware of us, they explain everything, staff is always so welcoming and the protocols they exercise to make sure things are sanitized (they don’t let the kids touch the toys, parents have to pick one out for their child with a mechanism) and they are very professional. Highly recommend. 10/10!

This is my daughter’s (6yr) first visit to this office, and it was a great experience. She was relaxed and comfortable. For those who haven’t been here before, the entrance is located next to the nail salon. Wait time wasn’t long at all.

We had a great experience! All of the staff were warm and welcoming and Ms. Pam and Ms. Carolyn were great with my nervous kids. They also gave a great teaching session for proper brushing and flossing techniques to my older kiddo. Dr Brown was wonderful as well and put my kids at ease.The office is bright and cheerful and my kids think it’s the “coolest dental office ever”! Highly recommend Dr Brown and her team!
